| For me and my group I would say words just can't fully describe this Segway Chicago Tour. First the tour company that operates this adventure is, to say the least, laid-back and super friendly. Our group of 5 people arrived on time (half hour b4 tour) and were welcomed like we were Donald Trump or the like. We watched the short (and sometimes funny) video on the do's and don'ts of Segway operation. Were issued helmets and yellow vests. Assigned a Segway and wheeled (pushed) them across Michigan Ave to a park for training. Short and sweet training. Grasp handles, and get on the machine. After a 45 second test run we were given 10 minutes to practice. Then off to cruise some Chicago sites. Grant Park, Field Museum, Soldier Field, Shed Aquarium, Lakefront and the Band Shell and many points inbetween. TIM our AWSOME group leader is very knowledgable of Chicago history and current events. Tim has impeckable customer service skills, and a semi-comedian (don't quit your day job). I am currently getting another group together so I can get back on two wheels, ASAP. | ||||||

| Tim, our guide, was very helpful in both the instruction and tour, obviously very safety conscious since we had kid(12 y/o), teens and adults in our group. He was very knowledgeable of the Chicago area 'tour stories' and was fun to be around. The Segways' were well kept and all of them worked through the entire tour. The store/ office location was easy to find and get in and out of. Not only would we 'ALL do this again', we would tour with 'Segway Experience' without considering anyone else. The kids have already posted the pics on their FaceBook accounts. AWSOME FUN TIME. Never done this before? IF you have downhill ski'd, water ski'd YOU already have the skill to do this. | Used to live in Chicago. Moved away 10 years ago. What a great way to reconnect with the city. The peope were fun and knowledable. We had a blast! | ||||||

| We would recommend this activity as it is easy, fun, and interesting. It does not take long to master the Segway and most people will be able to easily ride a Segway. The tour guide did a great job of teaching us how to use the Segway. We covered a lot of ground in 2 hours and could not have done this on foot. Segway's are also just very fun to ride. Wear good support shoes, as you are standing the whole time and your feet will get tired. | ||||||

| My wife and I had a wonderful time. Both of our guides were college students and were both a lot of fun. They provided us with some unique insight as we visited several landmarks. It was a great way to spend the morning. | ||||||

| This tour was a ton of fun. My wife and I took the tour basically to ride the segway. It was easy to learn and fun to ride. Our guide was a really nice guy and we all had a good time. | ||||||

| When we first reviewed the tours we were drawn to the Navy Pier Tour that would take us by the zoo and into some of the neighborhoods of Chicago; however, the available times did not work with our flight schedule so we chose the Chicago Park tour. While we wanted the experience of being on the Segway we had no idea the tour would include so much history! Our tour guide was fun, professional, and a wealth of information! He made the tour more fun then we had imagined. We came to Chicago in a group of 7 but only 2 of us participated in this tour. Upon our return and description of the tour the other 5 are now contemplating trips when we return for our future Pampered Chef National Conferences! Thank you again for a GREAT experience! | ||||||

| I was amazed at how little time it took to feel comfortable on the segway Chicago Downtown area tour. In 15 minutes I was at ease riding the it. I noticed so much more about the buildings and surrounding areas than if I had walked the same tour due to riding a foot or so higher and the ease of operating the segway. Our tour guide Omar had our group "off-roading" on the grassy areas and segwaying between trees. We definitely got our monies worth and the experience lasted the whole two hours as advertised. It was a lot of fun and I am thinking about taking the segway tour at Navy Pier next. It's a great way go! | ||||||

| We had Kristen as a tour guide....great job making us all feel comfy on the machines, including our 80 year old step-dad! He, like my 55year old wife and me, loved it! We will do it again! | Our group was a family one with parents and 20 something age kids. The guide was knowledgeable about the sights, lighthearted but also kept a close eye on everyone in the group. The actual riding of the Segway was easier than I anticipated . | ||||||

| I e-mailed my concerns and vocalized them as well (apprehensive) and was assured this was a safe and fun activity. Our guide (Ed) was fabulous in training as well as his tour of Chicago. However, before our trip I asked Ed what would happen if "someone" was slower than the rest of the group. He said that anyone who felt nervous should go to the front of the group. My friend and I began in that position, but were quickly passed by a family with a young child that verbalized they "wanted speed." Near the end of the tour, we went down a steep ramp under Lake Shore Drive. At that point, I was at the end of the group and had an accident. I am not blaming Ed, who was very compassionate and helpful, but I had previously made it clear that I was not comfortable (especially going down ramps). I would book another Segway tour (WITHOUT RAMPS/HILLS) but I would suggest that your guides/booking agent should listen to the concerns (written and oral) of their participants. | ||||||

| As our kids (grown with kids) ease my wife and I into the new millennium, with iPods and the like, I find it refreshing to be able to boast to them of something that is definitely new tech that they know nothing of. The entire experience was great and as our guide took pictures of us with our camera, he kept saying smile; no problem as it turned out that I had a smile on my face for the full 2 hours. | ||||||

| This was my first segway experience. OMG!! This thing is awesome. I would recommend every one to try it atleast once in their life. It was so easy to learn how to ride it. It took me less than 5 minutes to get a hang on it. Real easy to ride. Makes no noise. I am probably thinking of buying this. It is a great piece of invention. Nothing can beat it. I am gonna go again on this tour. I loved it. I am pretty sure you guys will love it too. | ||||||
