| I had never been on a Segway before but the friend I was travelling with had been and recommended it. I loved it!!! Our tour guide, Katie, was awesome! she was enthusiastic, knowledgable and so much fun to be with. She was extremely patient while teaching me to ride the Segway and really made me very comfortable. Because there was only two in my group Katie allowed us to tailor the tour to suit or wants and was very accomodating! I had such a great experience that I cannot wait for another tour! Absolutely the best part of my entire trip to Chicago!!! | ||||||

| It was an excellent way to see parts of Chicago that would have taken you days to tour. The guides are professional and the segways safe and durable. I would recommend this activity to any and all who have a short period of time to visit but want to see it all. | ||||||

| Mike was our segway tour guide and he did a terrific job of teaching us how to operate and enjoy our segways. The tour of Lincoln Park, the zoo, Gold Coast and Lake Shore Drive was wonderful, we saw parts of Chicago not often visited. I would like more information about the architecture and history of chicago but he did a nice job of keeping us entertained. I have recommended this to other friends! | ||||||

| I gave this tour to my husband for a birthday present and we went as a family. Our boys are older teens and took to the Segways immediately. Surprisingly, my husband and I did very well ourselves as the machines are easier to ride than I had imagined. Of course the boys were doing rings around us, but it was such a joy to watch. The tour is wonderful, stopping and explaining many sites in Chicago that we, as local suburbanites, did not even know. Our tour guide, Ed, was very patient and helpful with everyone. I would highly recommend this to anyone, unless you have foot problems, because my husband and I both had foot pain during the tour as we were "clenched" with uncertainty. It was only temporary. Such fun in Chicago! Do it! | ||||||

| The entire experience was excellent in every way!! Memebers of our party were stuck in traffic and the Segway Experience staff could not have been more accomodating. They made what could have been a disaster work out just fine! It was a perfect day, our guide was outstanding and a great time was had by all. I have and will continue to highly recommend this activity to friends and colleagues. Great job!! | ||||||

| Our trip was threatened by rain, but by the time we arrived at the check-in, things had cleared up, and we had a beautiful afternoon to tool around on the Segway. We had a 13 year old and a 15 year old in our group--and for those of you with teenagers, you know how hard they are to please--THEY HAD A BLAST! Our instructor was courteous and knowledgeable. She was also patient when the kids got a bit rowdy or when we were asked to leave public property over at the planetarium. All in all it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area looking for a unique way to tool around the museum campus. | ||||||

| Segway's are so fun and easy to ride. I would recommend anyone give this a try. It was a great way to see the city and get around quickly through the streets without wearing yourself out. We got to see a lot of city and learn about things that we might not have seen otherwise. | ||||||

| We had a great time on the segway tour. The weather was chilly and overcast but other than that it was a perfectly fun time. My 16-year old son, and 20 and 18 year old daughters thought the helmets and vests were pretty dorky, but as soon as they experienced how much fun it was they were over it. We had a really fun guide Xavier who taught and practiced caution and safety and that was important because we had our 12 year old, too. As much as we were careful and safe we still felt the power of moving along the coast at a comfortable speed that brought excitement and fun during the entire tour! I highly recommend this for a family outing! Family from Milwaukee | ||||||

| The experience was great (thanks Kristen)! Being on the Segway definitely imbues you with a "coolest kid on the block" feeling, as kids point and tourists take photos and video, as you glide on by. | ||||||
