| My wife and I, along with my mother and stepfather took this tour and we had a blast. It was so much fun we would definitely do this tour again. The tour guides Jeff and Drew were fantastic and informative about the Chicago area. We had such a good time and we would strongly recommend this tour to people visiting Chicago. | ||||||

| The tour is a great way to see parts of Chicago that would normally be a much longer foot tour. The Segways are quick to learn and a lot of fun. Two hours and you see Buckingham fountain and the entire museum campus, with a great windy city skyline in the background at all times. | ||||||

| My wife and I are from Arkansas and came into Chicago for a weekend visit. The highlight of the trip was the Segway tour. The staff was very helful and friendly, which only added to the great experience. | ||||||

| My wife and I throughly enjoyed our Segway tour. She was aprehensive at first but once on the Segway she took to it right away and was soon smiling from ear to ear. We have been to Grant Park many times but the view from the Segway is something special. I would highly reccomend this tour to everyone. | ||||||

| One word "AWESOME"! My friend from New Jersey was coming in for a few days and she wanted to see Chicago, so I went online to the Chicago Tourism site to see what we could do and this was one of the options. I read the information which was very informative and easy to understand. I made a reservation for Friday April 24th @ 1:30pm. We could not have asked for a better day, warm and sunny. Our guide was Will, a young gentleman who was absolutely adorable. We got a 15-20 minute lesson, which was very helpful and off we went. The tour we took was the museum campus' and it was great. Will was a very good guide. I am sorry to say that I do not remember the other guide's name but I know it was his brother so I apologize for not remembering his name. He was great as well. Once we were done with our tour we went back to the shop and I talked to the other gentleman and Dan to let him know what a great time we had. They are all great guys! I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know and come in contact with that this was the best experience that I have had in a while. I will be passing out the brochures that I was given to all my co-workers. Again, great experience, wonderful guides!!!! SEGWAY'S ROCK! | ||||||

| I signed me and my 14 year old son up for this experience at the last minute and it was one of the best experiences of our Chicago trip. The segway was great fun to ride and Mike our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great way to see Chicago, save on our feet and have loads of fun! | ||||||

| I have lived in Chicago for 25 years, but saw and learned many new things. I was a little nervous at first about learning to ride the Segway, but it was very easy to figure out and very fun to ride. Also we loved Mike, our guide! | ||||||

| The whole experience was great. I took my 25 year old niece and she was more enthusiastic than me when describing the experience to friends. The Chicago Architecture docent was very knowledgable and interesting. Our safety guide from the Segway Tour company was an excellent teacher and everyone in our group learned to ride the Segway quickly. The group was small so we could ask questions, take pictures, and have fun. Highly recommend the tour. | ||||||

| Quick mastery of Segway riding made for a pleasant, fun and entertaining tour of Grant Park area. Jeff, the tour guide, was very knowledgable and provided historical and current facts that were even interesting to our 16 year old! We covered a lot of ground and had a blast! Highly recommend! | ||||||

Great attitude even in the hail

| We did this tour in the hail and collectively decided to cut it short due to unexpected poor weather. Still, our tour guides were upbeat and had a positive attitude. The only thing was that they were giving out free t-shirts for the Chicago Olympic bid (probably a one-time thing), but they didn't have enough for my cousin and myself (but everyone else got one). I could care less about the t-shirt - it's the principle. Otherwise, these guys are great. This was my second time going with them. I'd still give them 5 stars. | ||||||

| We enjoyed our tour, but we really would have preferred much more riding and much less standing. The tour guide could have been much more succinct. We heard from friends that there is a place in Chicago to rent Segways by the hour with out a tour. We would prefer that. Please let me know if you offer hourly rental. Chicago has wonderful places for riding. We will ride Segway's again when we visit, but not a tour. Thanks! Great Job Xavier! | ||||||

| We had a fantastic experience. Mike was our guide and he was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and friendly. We went on March 30th so the weather was colder. Next time we will choose a warmer day. | ||||||

| If you can only do one tour in Chicago, do a segway tour. You get to learn about the city, get some great photos AND have an awesome time zooming around on segways. What more would you want?! | ||||||

| My 14 year old son and I recently went on the 2 hours tour. Although a stiff breeze off the lake kept us chilly we had a great time. I didn't realize how easy the segways are to ride. The instructor was very good and pointed out landmarks during the tour which was an added bonus. I have and will continue to recommend the tour to anyone that askes. thank you | ||||||
