| The staff had a great manner working with first-time Segway riders--all the way from the sign in on out. The training period was very good but I could see it was tedious for one person who was on her third Segway tour...wish they had an "advanced" tour where you didn't need a half-hour instruction period. The tour was well-arranged with the various stops/points of interest being explained well. I thought, however, that we stopped too much and we didn't have adequate opportunity simply to ride the Segway without interruption. However, this was a GREAT experience to enjoy in Chicago and I have recommended it to family and friends. My wife and I would likely take another Segway tour in the context of introducing another couple to it but, if it were just the two of us, we would want a more advanced experience, as noted above. | ||||||

| I have lived in the Chicago area all of my life and have done every tour, event, program the city offers, but this one was AWESOME. Buzzing around the lakefront and museum campus on segways just made me appreciate our fabulous city all over again. My two teenage boys who generally roll their eyes when I suggest a day in the city had a blast and even learned many fun facts and pieces of information about the city, its architecture, the Fire, the World's Fair, soldier field, etc. Bottom line - we are blessed to live near such a great city and the Segway tour just gave us one more opportunity to enjoy all it has to offer. Our guide was fabulous, Segways were easy to learn, etc.etc. etc. Five stars for sure! | ||||||

| The Segway Park Tour was the highlight of our trip to Chicago. We had briefly walked through part of the area earlier but the Segway tour gave us a complete history of that part of Chicago as well as the skyline, the Lakes, and other facts. Mike, the guide gave us an excellent orientation and learning session about handling the Segway. The information about the landmarks were interestingly presented, and timed to include even those at the back of the group (me). In addition, every person at the segway meeting place was friendly, helpful, and a wealth of information about Chicago. | ||||||

| Took the park City Gilde Tour with Mike!! It was so much fun we didn't want it to end. It was a postcard perfect day to be in the city and the sights were magnificent. This is a great tour for families, as they go into some fun and interesting facts about the city and achitecture, but not enough to bore the children! Our kids are 13 and 16 and we all had no trouble learning to maneuver the Segway.It's super easy and smooth! There's about a 20 minute training session prior to the actual start of the tour. Highly recommended! Mike was awesome! We even stopped for a Chicago Style Hot Dog during the tour! YUM!! | ||||||

| We had seen the Segway tours along the lakefront during a previous visit and wanted to remember to do one the next time we visited. We made a trip back in early October and I booked the tour before leaving for the city. Once getting there, I and my 14 year old daughter located the store and starting point for the tour. The staff was great in getting the paperwork going and starting briefing on riding the Segway. I'm sure my daughter had no doubt that she could do it but as a 55 year dad, I had some concerns. We wheeled the Segways across Michigan Ave. to the park, and after only 10 minutes of assistance and early moves, we were off on our tour, very comfortable and confident in our riding. The two guys from the store that were our guides were very helpful in our ride, very informative in their narration of what we were seeing along the lakefront (parks, fountain, museum, aquarium, Soldier Field, Millenium Park, Art Institute). By the end of the ride, both my daughter and I were confortably zipping along, weaving between posts and trees, having a wonderful ride and view of the city. This is the best of a walking tour of a great area of one the best cities in America, along with a chance to try a completely new mode of transportation that is as fun as anything that I've driven or ridden. Five stars! | ||||||

| Dave, (guide), and Jeff, (Segway instructor), were great. Dave gave just enough architecture information to make things interesting but not boring. The route was easy to navigate and you could look around and enjoy the city. Chicago is the perfect city for this type of tour because it's flat and the sidewalks and park paths are very generous. I could have toured all day. It was an excellent addition to our trip. | ||||||

| my best friend and i enjoyed the tour very much. we were lucky because we were the only ones on the tour. our guide was very nice and we had a lot of fun. only thing: please clean your toilet/bathroom. the condition is more then awfull! the price was reasonable but we saw a different provider who offered a two hour tour for @50 usd. | ||||||

| I bought the tickets for my 15 year son old and my very hard to please mother-in-law. They had a blast. They can't stop talking about it. It poured the day they went and they still said it was fantastic. My son has given me a blow by blow of everything they did. I think that is the most he has said in 6 months. Thanks for the big success! | ||||||

| Really, it was an amazingly fun experience. Jeff, our tour guide, was fantastic--he patiently got us all comfortable with riding the segway, tailored the tour to what the group wanted to do, etc. I will be bringing other friends/relatives down to experience riding the segway. | ||||||

| This is a definite must for anyone visiting the city. It was not only fun riding around on the Segway’s, but also informative with great views. I was a little skeptical that my parents would be able to ride the Segways, but they caught on right away. The guides were great, very courteous and helpful. | ||||||

| Mike led us on a fantastic tour. He spent time with us ensuring proper training on use of the Segway, which was a critical issue for me since I have a 12 year old daughter. She did great as well as my 13 year old son. They loved every minute of the tour. I thought Mike did a particularly good job of telling the stories of the city, its architecture and museums. Lively and enthusiastic. Great tour guide for a great tour. | ||||||

| I live in the city and have seen it all, but my husband and I wanted to blow off a day from work trying something unique that involved enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Learning to ride the Segway is very easy and like nothing else I've ever done. The all-electric machine becomes one with your body, and the ability to speed around at about the rate of a full out run is exhilirating--all while being sidewalk legal. We also easily rode on grass. We had an incredible time! The best thing is no matter how crowded the sidewalks are, pedestrians move out of your way when they see you coming, allowing you the freedom to zoom around. Loved it! We will book their architectual tour next just to ride again. The Segway Experience was very professional and their new P2 Segways were awesome. They go the extra mile to train you and make sure you are comfortable. Their location is convenient also. | ||||||

| Leaning to use the Segway was easier and faster than I expected. Once on the go it was a great experience. Great tour guide who knew Chicago from the museums to sports with politics inbetween. Couldn't have been better. | ||||||
