Great Day on the Segway and with our Chicago guide Segway Experience of Chicago Park Glide Tour

Great service--both via Zerve and in the office the day of the visit. Our guide trained us well and was most patient with two "mature" folks. We took the tour at 10 AM on Thursday, 6/12 in downtown Chicago. We have already recommended it to several friends and plan to take visitors on the tour again sometime soon. Thanks, C R M

I had a great time on my tour. The tour guide was very helpful and patient with my mom and helped her feel more comfortable on the Segway. I would recommend this to locals and tourists!

My husband and I have been together for over 50 years and we enjoy doing things for the "first" time together. We find things we like and then do some again and this would be high on the list to do again. We had a beautiful day to be in Chicago and our guide was very knowledgable. We enjoyed his support and patience in instructing us and his kindness when we were a little slow. Our guide let us stay in our comfort zone.

At first, I was hesitant about doing a Segway tour because it was something new. Once we got started, I loved it. If I can learn to use it as quickly as we did then anyone can do it. It was a lot easier than I had anticipated and it was a very enjoyable way to see the sights. I would highly recommend it and would do it again.

It's not as hard as you might think. the instructor was very good and ensured we not only got the hang of the Segway but also that we were safe. I would highly recommend it as you not only get informative commentary on the sites around Grant Park etc but it's great fun as well.

Really enjoyed learning the skill of using a Segway. Perfect activity for multiple age participants. Was surprised that even in a heavy rain storm it was fun---makes a better story to tell later on! May take guests on a different Segway tour to see other parts of the city.

This was a perfect way to start a Saturday night date and we both thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Our guide and "host" was delightful and although we're native Chicagoans we saw views never before experienced. The Segway was a blast. After about 4 minutes we felt it was part of us and we were part of it. Bottom line, we'd do it again...even with the occassional rain...and we'd highly recommend it to anyone. Matter of act we already have!

Great fun and a wonderful way to see the waterfront. The scooters were very easy to learn, even my less athletic daughter picked it up in minutes. Our facility was equipped with only slightly older models which turn Lt/Rt via a handlebar 'throttle' type control. - worked fine but newer scooters turn by leaning Lt/Rt and tipping the handlebar post. Looks more ergonomic but apparently some folks prefer the older style. I wish I had the choice. Our group had only our family of four - ideal - but groups can range up to 10 or so it appears - might be less fun in such a crowd. (we reserved an early time, perhaps that is a good strategy?) Great Staff, Omar and Andrew were very helpful.

My husband, our two sons, ages 15 and 13, and I all loved our Segway tour. Scheduling was easy, all staff members were professional and friendly, and our guide , Laura was entertaining and careful to make sure we all were safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this tour !

Overall we really enjoyed the experience. The machines were appeared to be new, but were worn from repeated use. Although we took the architectural tour, it was hard to hear as we went down the sidewalk, and the material could have been enhanced. Overall, I would recommend it and we would do a different tour with this group.

The package indicated a tour of the Navy Pier and parks. The experience was not on the tour it was mainly on riding the Segway. The tour was OK, but I believe that you Segway was using this as a marketing vehicle, to inform the public on this type of tranportation. I mostly enjoyed just riding the Segway for two hours. After two hours on the Segway it felt like it was part of your body as if you were one. Very interesting feeling at first but grew into a very comfrontable feeling.

The tour was really funny and interesting. Organization level is pretty good. One moment that confused me is quality of equipment. Segways vehicles looks shabby.

We had a great time on these Segways! It's the best way to cover a lot of ground up close while riding an interesting gadget. The 2-hour tour of Chicago's Museum Campus and the surrounding areas was awesome! If you don't get there 15 minutes early, it's not the end of the world - they will still train you on how to use the Segways. It's still advisable to arrive early though. Reserve in advance since timeslots go fairly quickly! Mike was our guide and he did a great job - though the other people there seemed equally nice.
