| We recently went on a Segway tour in St. Louis and it was spectacular! With that being said, my expectations of the Chicago tour were very high. this didn't happen. June, who was our guide, had only being working for the Segway Co for two weeks so she wasn't that familiar with the chicago area and she really didn't know how to fill the two hours. I was very disappointed and the price of your tour was not cheap. I am planning on doing a Segway in Denver, Co so I will have that one to compare with also. | ||||||

| I have had Segway tours in Paris, Washington and Montreal (although Montreal is very restrictive as to where you can go with a Segway). The experience should not be missed in any city where Segways are available. It is a very efficient and very fun way to see parts of a city. This particular tour was not as good as it could have been because the guide was not as knowledgeable as he should have been; however, that is true of almost all tours. The great thing about a Segway tour is that lack of expertise is not fatal to enjoyment of the event, because the Segway itself provides a great experience. | ||||||

| guide was very personable, knowledgeable, we did teach him a few things, we were in our own neighborhood of 40 years, just wanted to try out a segway. | ||||||

| My husband took 16 year old son and 4 friends for his birthday and they had a fantastic time. LOVED handling the Segways and being downtown. They were less interested in some of the historical facts but my husband enjoyed that. Our whole family has done the DT Chicago tour and recommended it to lots of people who also had a ton of fun. | ||||||

| Training was good, and the tour was great. Our guide never seemed to hurry us at any time, and was very good about making sure everyone was (safe) and having fun. We really got more than our money's worth. A great experience and super was to tour the city. Thanks for a great time. | ||||||

| My parents (72 and 79 years old) were in town and they were game to try the Segway Experience ... and we had a blast! Jonathan was a super nice and knowledgeable guide, and after a short training session, we were zipping around Grant Park, Museum Campus and the Lake Front. I can whole-heartedly recommend the Segway Experience ... if my folks who are great-grandparents can do it, you can do it! | ||||||

| We loved our experience. Our tour guide, June, was very entertaining and informative. She took time with each of us to make sure we were sure of the equipment before we took off. She let us enjoy the environment and the Segways too. We got to see the backsides of things that the other tours couldn't show us. I've already recommended my family that live in Illinois that next time they are in Chicago to check it out. | ||||||
