| Our family had an awesome time on this tour from Navy Pier...we are from NW Indiana and come to Chicago often...and the locations/things that we learned from this tour was unbelievable. We were able to see landmarks we didn't even know existed because we normally just drove by. Jeff our tour guide was very informative and we recommend this tour to everyone! | I DID THIS TOUR WITH A GRANDSON TWO WEEKS AGO. THIS TIME IT WAS A SURPRISE FOR A FORTY YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. THREE OTHER DAUGHTERS JOINED US. THEY WERE A BIT NERVOUS, BUT OUR GUIDE, DERRICK, DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF TEACHING AND CALMING THEM. OVERALL A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. | ||||||

| Our 16 year old son said - "this is the most awesome thing he's ever done." That is certainly high praise coming from a teenage who usually just grunts. The guides were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. An unforgettable experience. This is definitelyl on our list for or next trip to Chicago. | ||||||

| This was the best activity we have done in Chicago. We visit Chicago several times a year, and would recommend this Navy Pier Segway Tour to everyone! Mike was our guide, he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and just plain pleasant. This was a great value for the money! | ||||||

| I decided to go on this tour with a bit of fear and trepidation. No worries. The staff was professional, safety conscious, and very customer service oriented. And after about 20 minutes, I got quite comfortable operating the Segway. Views of Chicago skyline, lakefront and Lincoln Park were breathtaking. | ||||||

| The tour was quite entertaining. It's just a new experience that every person should have. Even if you life in the city, you should try it out. The biggest thing that should be said at the beginning is DON'T LOOK AROUND while controlling the segway. Ha. Thanks for the trip. | ||||||

| The route is great - taking you all over Grant Park, from the lakefront over to Soldier Field. And while I'm a local, I saw things I hadn't seen before. Our guide, Derrick, was fun, knowledgeable and very patient teaching us Segway newbies. I highly recommend this tour - for locals and visitors alike. And be sure to bring your inner child - the Segway's are so much fun. | ||||||

| I would recommend this activity to anyone visiting or living in Chicago. I actually got sick right as my tour was supposed to start, and Mike (one of the guides) was so helpful in rescheduling the tour for the next day. The segways are easy to ride and are so much fun. It was a great way to see Chicago within just 2 hours. | ||||||

| It is gonna be long... The Segway is amassing! It is very intuitive piece of equipment, very user-friendly and absolutely not threatening in any way. The engineering is ingenious and fascinating! You feel that you operate it with your though rather than button or handle… I enjoyed the tours with this company twice. First trip was in Millennium Park-Museum campus-Soldier Fields, second – off Navy Pier to Lincoln Park Zoo and back through the Gold Coast. It takes 5 minutes to learn how to ride. The guys in the company are very good and very helpful - both times we had exceptionally friendly, funny and knowledgeable guides. The trips are enjoyable on two levels – you cover lots of ground and see lots of beautiful landmarks and you are not tired at the end. The rides are very pleasant and safe, fun for all ages. Will not recommend for people whose weight is around 100 lb – it makes it difficult to get up to speed with the rest of the group. If this is the case I think a backpack with a couple of water bottles in it or any other way of extra weight on the body should help. It was great to take my out-of-town friends on a tour! It was different and flavorful. I regret not having money on me for the tip on my first trip! The guys more than deserve it! Booking was a brieze too! Money well spent! | ||||||

| My husband and I travel a lot. So for our anniversary, we thought we would be tourists in our own city. The segway experience is a great way to see parts of the city that you never think about as a local. We went to Grant Park, Buckingham Fountain, up to Museum Campus, Solider Field and then to Adler Planetarium for amazing views of the city. Kristen, our tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable and best of all fun! I would recommend this to anybody wanting to see more of the city… we are going to sign up for the architectural tour soon! | ||||||

| We started the tour with learning how to operate a segway in a park. At first it was a little strange moving around on it, but it didn't take very long to get used to it. Soon enough we were moving it without very much effort. It was really lots of fun once we got used to them. After we all had our little lesson on riding and stopping them, we started the tour portion. At times I found it a little difficult to hear the tour guide, but when I was near him I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history of the area. Being from the Chicagoland area, I found there were a lot of little things that I either never knew or noticed. During the second half of the tour it began to rain, but luckily we were provided with some ponchos which helped greatly. Also I found that although we weren't walking around, you're still standing on your feet for the duration of the tour. So I would recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable. I was in flip flops and my feet were really sore after the tour. Overall though, it was lots of fun and a great experience just to be on the segway alone. | ||||||
