| I e-mailed my concerns and vocalized them as well (apprehensive) and was assured this was a safe and fun activity. Our guide (Ed) was fabulous in training as well as his tour of Chicago. However, before our trip I asked Ed what would happen if "someone" was slower than the rest of the group. He said that anyone who felt nervous should go to the front of the group. My friend and I began in that position, but were quickly passed by a family with a young child that verbalized they "wanted speed." Near the end of the tour, we went down a steep ramp under Lake Shore Drive. At that point, I was at the end of the group and had an accident. I am not blaming Ed, who was very compassionate and helpful, but I had previously made it clear that I was not comfortable (especially going down ramps). I would book another Segway tour (WITHOUT RAMPS/HILLS) but I would suggest that your guides/booking agent should listen to the concerns (written and oral) of their participants. | ||||||

| As our kids (grown with kids) ease my wife and I into the new millennium, with iPods and the like, I find it refreshing to be able to boast to them of something that is definitely new tech that they know nothing of. The entire experience was great and as our guide took pictures of us with our camera, he kept saying smile; no problem as it turned out that I had a smile on my face for the full 2 hours. | ||||||

| This was my first segway experience. OMG!! This thing is awesome. I would recommend every one to try it atleast once in their life. It was so easy to learn how to ride it. It took me less than 5 minutes to get a hang on it. Real easy to ride. Makes no noise. I am probably thinking of buying this. It is a great piece of invention. Nothing can beat it. I am gonna go again on this tour. I loved it. I am pretty sure you guys will love it too. | ||||||

| Our instructor, Sarah, was excellent. She provided excellent training and ensured all participants were comfortable with the operation of their segway before we went off on the tour. She provided local and historical points of fact and interest throughout the tour. Her enthusiasm added to this very fun and unique experience. My husband and I both would love to buy a segway and motor around our own town. | ||||||

| This felt like a perfect area to use a Segway. It was easier to ride than I thought, very intuitive with the right encouragement. I found the staff to be pleasant , professional and relaxed. I was surprised how fast we could travel great distances that on foot would have been a struggle. It was fun to feel the wind on your face and to have freedom to ride with only one hand or even no hands sometimes. I was glad to have a strudy pouch to carry valuables and rain gear...I worried about having to leave stuff behind. The architectural part was interesting and just he perfect mix of fast touring and stopping for information and phots ops. I found both tour guides very knowledgeable with an understated charisma which quickly gave us a sense of warm friendship. This excursion exceeded our high expectations. Such a good value for the money. I would take it again and I hope to bring the whole family next time. | ||||||

| Great way to see some attractions in Chicago. The Tour Guide was customizing the trip based on the groups wishes and did a great job making everyone comfortable with the Segway. If you have the time try it, its fun. | ||||||

| My husband & I joined two of our close friends for a day in the city. We're from Buffalo Grove and we wanted to have a day in Chicago just like tourists! I was fairly nervous that I would be the one that wouldn't be able to navigate on the Segway as I'm known to be somewhat clumsy! After about 10-15 minutes of instruction from 2 very patient guides - Sara and Derek; I mastered the Segway much to my surprise! We all had such a fabulous time seeing the city from such a different perspective. Derek made it interesting and fun - we didn't want it to end! I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was easy!!! If we had tried to cover the same area on foot; it would have easily taken 4 hours instead of 2. What a fun way to experience Chicago!!! Thanks for the memories! | ||||||

| My husband and I see the Segway tours while walking to and from work. I always wanted to try it. I inquired about it while sitting on a park bench. The tour guide was very friendly and gave us a brochure. I called and made the reservation with a friendly representative and we were good to go... Our tour guide for the day was awesome! Tim made us feel very comfortable on the Segway. This was my first experience of this kind so I was nervous. He made sure we were all confident before our tour began. The tour is wonderful. I saw and learned things about Chicago I'd never heard before. I am looking forward to our next tour!! | ||||||

| I had been wanting to do a Segway tour somewhere for quite a while. Timing worked out that I could do it in Chicago. It was a good choice - Derek (the tour guide) is knowledgeable, fun, thoughtful, and attentive. He showed us the things we expected, and a few we didn't (that's good :) ). The equipment was in good shape, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was a pleasure. | ||||||

| Segways are remarkable machines and easy to ride. We highly recommend the Architecture Foundation trip as adding an additional element to the enjoyment of riding the Segways. | ||||||
