| We had a great time on the segway tour. The weather was chilly and overcast but other than that it was a perfectly fun time. My 16-year old son, and 20 and 18 year old daughters thought the helmets and vests were pretty dorky, but as soon as they experienced how much fun it was they were over it. We had a really fun guide Xavier who taught and practiced caution and safety and that was important because we had our 12 year old, too. As much as we were careful and safe we still felt the power of moving along the coast at a comfortable speed that brought excitement and fun during the entire tour! I highly recommend this for a family outing! Family from Milwaukee | ||||||

| The experience was great (thanks Kristen)! Being on the Segway definitely imbues you with a "coolest kid on the block" feeling, as kids point and tourists take photos and video, as you glide on by. | ||||||

| My husband and I had a good time during the tour. Our guide made sure that we all felt comfortable riding the Segway. We had never been on a Segway before and we greatly enjoyed riding it. Anyone wanting to experience riding a Segway should sign up for this tour. It was very versatile and a lot of fun. | ||||||

| We had a great time, and our host (guide) did a great job. He really watched out for us and told us how to avoid pitfalls. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't dressed properly for it - the weather was awfully cold. Derek (?) gave us time before it started to go and buy sweats to help get a little warmer. He also had a good knowledge of things I've never known. The most interesting part was about the landfill after he great fire, and how it changed the shoreline! Thanks for a wonderful time! | ||||||

| Highly recommend this for friends and family! An average level of balance/coordination makes this a really fun family or group outing. Of the 2 hours spent, 30 minutes were on admin and checkout procedures with the remaining time having a blast scooting around town. The sights of Chicago, good weather and great instructor/guide added to the event. The only thing that would make this a better experience would be to lengthen it to say a true 3 hour riding event with a lunch or snack break in the middle. Possibly offering both south and north tours together with the break in between would work. The cost and feasibility of owning your own Segway are closer than you realize! A "do again" for our family! | ||||||

| Our tour was both highly informative and a lot of fun. In particular, I would like to highlight our tour guide "Drew". She offered first class customer service by answering all of our questions and providing great insight into the city's history. I was very impressed with her knowledge. In addition, she made our safety the number one concern. Finally, the company as a whole was fantastic. We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived, and they wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction when the tour ended. I would highly recommend Segway Experience of Chicago to anyone interested. | ||||||

| Although I took the Chicago Park Segway tour in 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed myself, the Navy Pier tour was even better! Starting out, the Navy Pier tour had less street crossings, curb cuts, and busy streets to navigate through and around, than the Park tour, making it easier for a beginner to get acquainted with the Segway. Our tour guide, Derek, allowed all of us to use the faster speed "key," which was fun to use in and around Lincoln Park where there were more straight-aways and less people on the paths. In the 2007 Park tour, only a few riders were allowed to try out the fast mode. | ||||||

| Seriously fun. We did the southside tour (museum park) and now plan to do the northside one. Everything happened just like they said it would - got familiar with the Segway while doing the warm-up at the beginning of the event- and it was so much fun for the entire time. | ||||||

| Touring parts of Chicago on a Segway added the icing on the cake of our vacation fun and raving about it afterwards became our vacation-conversation joke. With my group of no-reservations companions, it was an absolute blast. Learning it was easy and our cute little, well informed guide added to the fun. I plan to do this again next chance I get. I'm already mapping out my next Segway-City. | ||||||

| My wife & I had always been thinking about riding on a Segway & we finally did it. It truly was a great experience & very easy to operate. Even though we are natives of Chicago we saw parts of the city that we didn't know were there. the ease of the web site to book our tour & the fun going tour guide made it a great activity to participate in. We strongly recommend it to everyone. | ||||||

| We had a wonderful experience touring the sites on the Segway. The day was beautiful and shiny with a cool breeze. Going along the lakeshore, we visited several sites. We particularly liked the historical explanations along the route. They provided more meaning to the site and made us remember the site better. We recommend touring with this company. | ||||||
