| My wife and I had a fantastic time on this trip, and have been recommending it to everyone we know. The half-hour training session was invaluable in getting us comfortable on the Segways - Ed was a very enthusiastic and energetic tour guide. The tour itself was very scenic - we had never been down Astor Street, so it was neat to see a very historic part of Chicago. Even having grown up in the Chicago area, it was a great way to sightsee the beautiful lakefront. All in all, it was a very unique experience and well worth the money. | ||||||

| Very good tour. My only suggestion would be at the beginning of the tour to do a bit more touring on the Segways. We had the training and then had to listen to his speech for 15 minutes idelling before we begin. Was difficult when you have just learnt how to use the Seaway. | ||||||

| All four of us had a fab time. My husbin and I went with out two children in there late 20's and all enjoyed it. Next time we are in Chicago we are going to do the second tour. | ||||||

| I was thrilled to be able to ride on a segway. We do not have tours with them where I live so I was glad to have that option when I visited Chicago. The experience was so great I almost didn't care if we just stayed in the immediate area. . . so the added benefit of going on a tour of the city just made it even better! | ||||||

| We two couples live in the Quad Cities and have been to Chicago numerous times. We have taken our bikes on the bike trails throughout Chicago, and have come up to enjoy all that Chicago has to offer, but the Segway tour was the highlight and definately one that we will and already have recommended to our friends. Our guide OMAR was fun and informative and truly seemed to enjoy what he was doing. We all felt well educated on the do's and don'ts by the time we stepped onto the Segways. His talking tour of the North Side of Chicago was very informative, and after he had evaluated our skills on the Segways, he gave us some freedom to enjoy them without having to stay in a line like school children. We had one older lady in our group who was a bit slower than the rest of us in getting the hang of the Segway's operation, and he watched her carefully, without acting like she was a burden to the group. He was an exceptional young man who made our whole Segway experience fun and exciting. We will definately do this again with more friends in the future. | ||||||

| There were 6 of us, two in our 50s and 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the Segways. I thought I might be a little underwhelmed, but Segways are just as much fun as I hoped for. The Grant Park area is a great place for learning how to ride. Our tour guide was good and informative. I wish he had talked more about the Segway than about Chicago though. For example, who invented the Segway and what were their challenges; when were Segways invented; how much do they cost; why have they not come down in price; how many Segways are there in Illinois, in the US, in the world; what other models are available; what laws are in place regarding Segways, etc. One other suggestion: it was great to experience a full-speed Segway for a short time near the end of the tour. It would be better to allow us to use our Segways at full-speed the rest of the tour, if insurance would allow it. After over an hour on the Segway, we were all fully capable of handling the increased speed. Thanks for letting us give our opinion. | ||||||

| My husband and myself went on the Segway Tour, and it was fun. We saw parts of the city we hadn't really seen before, and it was beautiful. Our day was exceptional weather wise also. Fun time and great way to see Grant Park and Museum Park. | ||||||

| Wow. Riding a Segway is a thrill. I can't believe they haven't caught on more than they have. I may have to be the first Segway owner in Flagstaff, Arizona. Andrew, our coach, guide, docent, whatever you want to call him, was a trip. He was, first, conscientious, safety oriented and helpful; and second, he was fun, intelligent, Opinionated, and a hoot. And of course, there is the city of Chicago. What a wonderful playground for things like Segway adventures. When I return, I will definitely book another tour; the same one would be just fine for me. I should mention that my experience booking the tour with Zerve was a pleasure. I would book any tour they were the agent for through them again. | ||||||

| When I was given the opportunity to visit Chicago for a few days, I conducted internet research of the city's offerings to plan an itinerary. It was through this research that I learned of the Segway Experience of Chicago Park Glide Tour. A moderate sports enthusiast and seeker of new experiences, I was eager to try a Segway tour. In spite of having a strong desire to ride a Segway, I was initially a bit nervous and awkward in its use. I was too stiff and my movements jerky. But with a little practice I became more relaxed and fluid. I am grateful to Andrew our tour guide, as he was both patient and instructive. He even offered to take photos of me on my Segway along the way, something I appreciated as a solo tourist. I highly recommend a Segway tour, and this outfitter in particular. | We absolutely loved it and would do it again. They were a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the Parks, flowers, and Lake Michigan. Our guide was very knowledgable, patient, and had a good sense of humor. Our friends are planning a trip to Chicago in August, and we told them the Segways are a "must do". Our 13 year old grandson was easily the best and most comfortable on it, opting for one with "big wheels". | ||||||

| AWESOME Mike was such a great teacher and tour guide. Our group varied in age, but everyone was up to confident status on the segway after the short lesson and practice. Mike knew the facts about what he was showing us and was great at answering the questions and giving the extra tidbits of info along the way. We recommend this to anyone remotely thinking about it. | ||||||
