| wow! what a great experience! our very first trip to chicago, and taking the segway tour gave us such a great view of everything that is great and interesting in chicago. beautiful parks, the museums, the lake...and all of the wonderful tidbits of information about the buildings, parks, and the city in general. our tour guide was such a great guy, i just can't say enough about what a great experience we had! i would recommend it to anyone! | ||||||

| We were a little hesitant about how we could handle the segways but it turned out to be so much fun and our tour guide Josiah knew everything about the city, was able to answer any questions we had and was a great teacher for our first experience on the segways. We would recommend it to anyone and would do it again if we were in the area. We learned alot about the city, history, architecture and were able to see sights you normally wouldnt see from just driving by in a car or bus. I had purchased these tickets as a gift for my best friend and he loved it. | ||||||

| Jeff, our guide, was knowledgable and a lot of fun to be with. We had three people in our group including Jeff so we were able to ask many questions related to the Chicago Skyline and development of the City of Chicago. In two hours we saw more of Chicago than we could see in a whole day without the Segways. The tour was worth the price! His directions were explicit and easy to understand and follow. Riding the Segways was an experience we will repeat in other cities and look forward to returning to Chicago to "do" the other Segway tours that are available. Only the next time, we will Segway first, then go back to the locations that appeal to us. | ||||||

| After waiting to do a segway tour for two years, I was afraid the excitement and buildup might leave us disappointed. I was very wrong! This was such a fun tour. I have lived in Chicagoland my whole life but learned a lot of fun things about the city from our tour guide. He was fun and energized. Despite the learning of course, the segway-ing was also a treat. I have zero balance or coordination and yet had no problem manipulating the machine. Definitely recomend this! | ||||||

| My two daughters, grand daughter and myself had a lot of fun. Our guide was very good and described things as we went along our tour. We all said we would like to do this again. | ||||||

| This is a great way to see some of the major landmarks in Chicago with some great views of the skyline and lots of photo opportunities..You could never cover this much ground of foot and gliding around on a Segway is very cool! Our tour guide Voitek (sp?) was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. | ||||||

| What a blast. Riding a Segway was easier than I imagined. Buying the tickets online was a breeze. Everyone at Zerve and the Segway tour was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recomend this to anyone wanting to have a fun and "out of the ordinary" activity!!! | ||||||

| Josiah was an excellent tour guide, patient with younger kids and experienced. The address to your shop should have a plot plan along with the ACTUAL address. The address you give is confusing and could cause someone to miss their tour and lose their money. The tour was fun and I recomment it. | ||||||

| Four friends (of different coordination abilities) got together for a fun day of touring Chicago's Grant Park and museum campus. Our guide (Josiah) was patient and thorough in his training which made for a very fun and successful Segway experience. I would do this again and again. | ||||||

| Very different experience--but be prepared for cool conditions. It was about 60F when we went, but with the wind blowing off the lake some of our group was shivering. With a Segway, you're really just standing on a platform racing down the street, so there's not much physical activity to keep you warm. Dress for at least 10 degrees cooler than actual air temperature. Our guide was very pleasant, knowledgeable about Chicago and of great assistance in teaching our group to ride.. An older woman with us (60's) never really got the hang of it (balance issues?) and walked back the last two blocks. | ||||||
