Great fun, great folks, great city

| This was a perfect way to start a Saturday night date and we both thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Our guide and "host" was delightful and although we're native Chicagoans we saw views never before experienced. The Segway was a blast. After about 4 minutes we felt it was part of us and we were part of it. Bottom line, we'd do it again...even with the occassional rain...and we'd highly recommend it to anyone. Matter of act we already have! | ||||||

| Great fun and a wonderful way to see the waterfront. The scooters were very easy to learn, even my less athletic daughter picked it up in minutes. Our facility was equipped with only slightly older models which turn Lt/Rt via a handlebar 'throttle' type control. - worked fine but newer scooters turn by leaning Lt/Rt and tipping the handlebar post. Looks more ergonomic but apparently *some* folks prefer the older style. I wish I had the choice. Our group had only our family of four - ideal - but groups can range up to 10 or so it appears - might be less fun in such a crowd. (we reserved an early time, perhaps that is a good strategy?) Great Staff, Omar and Andrew were very helpful. | ||||||

| My husband, our two sons, ages 15 and 13, and I all loved our Segway tour. Scheduling was easy, all staff members were professional and friendly, and our guide , Laura was entertaining and careful to make sure we all were safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this tour ! | ||||||

| Overall we really enjoyed the experience. The machines were appeared to be new, but were worn from repeated use. Although we took the architectural tour, it was hard to hear as we went down the sidewalk, and the material could have been enhanced. Overall, I would recommend it and we would do a different tour with this group. | ||||||

| The package indicated a tour of the Navy Pier and parks. The experience was not on the tour it was mainly on riding the Segway. The tour was OK, but I believe that you Segway was using this as a marketing vehicle, to inform the public on this type of tranportation. I mostly enjoyed just riding the Segway for two hours. After two hours on the Segway it felt like it was part of your body as if you were one. Very interesting feeling at first but grew into a very comfrontable feeling. | ||||||

| The tour was really funny and interesting. Organization level is pretty good. One moment that confused me is quality of equipment. Segways vehicles looks shabby. | ||||||

| We had a great time on these Segways! It's the best way to cover a lot of ground up close while riding an interesting gadget. The 2-hour tour of Chicago's Museum Campus and the surrounding areas was awesome! If you don't get there 15 minutes early, it's not the end of the world - they will still train you on how to use the Segways. It's still advisable to arrive early though. Reserve in advance since timeslots go fairly quickly! Mike was our guide and he did a great job - though the other people there seemed equally nice. | ||||||

| The Segway Experience is a great way to see a lot of Chicago in two hours. Our guide was helpful, friendly and eager to tailor the experience to the needs of the group. A good time was had by all. | ||||||

A rare chance to ride a segway

| We booked for the tour for the opportunity to try out a segway as much as to see Chicago's Grant Park. The machines are very intesting, we had plenty of training, and it didn't take long to master. Our guide was very enthusiastic, and certainly knew her stuff about Chicago. There were a couple of technical problems with some of the Segways, but they were quickly sorted out and I'm told problems are rare. They extended our tour by half an hour which more than made up for it. | ||||||

| I had heard of a few places that do this and these guys were the only authorized company so I went for it. My 19 yr daughter & I did the 2 hr tour on Monday (Memorial Day) and it was a perfect day wetaher wise. The young guy who led our tour was gracious and a great trainer and was very helpful an knowledgable. I will be back with others and use these guys again !!! This is a fun, safe way to see the city... a blast !! | ||||||

| The Segway tour was awsome. Had a great time, it was fun. I was nervous at first, but completed the whole tour. Our tour guide Joe was very funny, and patient with the group. He was great! The only thing I did not like was having to fill out a form with my credit card number information. I already provided the information on line. I would recommend the Segway tour to anyone wanting a good time, and who would like to learn more about the city. | ||||||

| We had a group of 8 family that had 6 first time Segway riders and this company was fanstastic about teaching us and making us comfortable with the Segway. I highly recommend them and do not be scared, nervous or worried, you are in good hands. Our guide was Scott and he was absolutely the best! He was witty, knowledgeable and patient with us. He gave us some options on where we were going etc. and was quick to point out some interesting spots or information that even as locals we did not know. This is the most friendliest group of employees I have every encountered and would recommend them as THE choice for Segway tours in Chicago! | ||||||
