| Great experience for me and for my daughter, age 13. We will do it every time we are in Chicago if time permits. So interactive, staff was wonderful and really patient. Information we received along the way about the landmarks from the guides was even better than what we got on the double decker bus! Even better than "Wicked", which was amazing too! | ||||||

| We really enjoyed the new experience of riding/driving a Segway. Our teacher/tour guide, Omar, was great! He was a patient teacher and gave us confidence as well as teahing us about Chicago. He was able to read our group and interact well with us. Our group ranged in age from 44 to 75 years. It was an activity that all of us could do with equal ability and enjoyment. The Segways worked well and all safety precautions were taken care of. Thanks! | ||||||

| Even though we are life long Chicagoan's we enjoyed the tour and would do it again. You get to see so much more in the time alloted then you would otherwise. Our guide was knowledgable and easy to talk to. We told him early on we were from Chicago and he was able to tell us things we did not know about our city. | ||||||

| Alex was our guide very informative and made the tour fun we would of enjoyed a longer tour for the cost but would recommend this to anyone wishing to tour chicago without walking !! | ||||||

Architecture docent did not show up!

| We went on this tour in early April. The docent from the Architecture Foundation did not show up. The Segway folks provided the Segways and a leader, but there was no description of buildings or of the park system. We enjoyed the ride thru Grant Park but it was not the tour we had expected. | ||||||

| I loved using Segway to get a brief tour of Chicago, then go back and see the things I want to up close. It was much easier than doing all of the walking and Omar gave us a brief synopsis about the city. His sidekick, Colin, was great fun. It was nice to have a small group (only 4 of us) and we quickly learned how to control the Segways. Definitely take this tour! | ||||||

| I was concerned about the pricing, but now that I've experienced it, I'd pay the $75 again happily. I've recommended it to anyone who will listen. We had rain and cold temperatures, but still really enjoyed it. Our Tour Guide was awesome - a lot of fun and very entertaining! | ||||||

| We were a group of five sisters on a 50th birthday trip. Not only did Segway Chicago change our tour time to accomodate us - our tour guide Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable, a great teacher, and made us feel comfortable and confident on our Segways. We never felt rushed. I have recommended Segway Experience to a number of my friends. We really enjoyed the experience and your city in particular. | ||||||

| I heartily recommend this Segway tour to anyone interested in trying something different and seeing the city. I did the event with my 12-year old niece, and, although we had some difficulty adjusting to the machines, we were up and running fairly quickly. Our guide was incredibly enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable about the city. We originally had hoped to do the architectural Segway tour, but this shorter tour gave us ample opportunity to see the city without getting too tired. Our feet definitely hurt by the end of the two hours, and I wouldn't recommend it to people who are apprehensive about balancing themselves on the Segways, but it was definitely worth it! | ||||||

| Loved the whole experience. Only thing I didn't like was stopping to take a break in the park. Thought it was a waste of time, but probably some people can't be on their feet for that length of time. | ||||||
