| thanx guys the tour was great..............im interested in the city design.......but really i would have signed up for a tour of a garbage dump..........by way of the morgue........ just to spend 2 hours on that machine........im gonna do your tour again believe it or not just for THAT. theguide was great and so was our "instructor"......................thanx again see you next spring. | ||||||

| We very much enjoyed our tour with Mike . He was informative and very charming. The segways are fun after a short learning period. I was only a bit sore the next day. I highly recommend it especially if you want to please your teens.!! | ||||||

| My 18-yr-old nephew was in town for his first extended visit of Chicago. This tour was a perfect way to spend a few hours. Great tour guide and tour route. I highly recommend. | ||||||

| Had a great time. I was in town for the marathon and wanted to spend some time sight-seeing (but without much walking) so the Segway tour was a perfect choice. Training was quick and easy. By the end of the second hour everyone in the group was traveling with ease and confidence. No one wanted to stop at the end of the tour. Tour guide (Jeff) was friendly, helpful, and patient. Great fun! | ||||||

| The staff had a great manner working with first-time Segway riders--all the way from the sign in on out. The training period was very good but I could see it was tedious for one person who was on her third Segway tour...wish they had an "advanced" tour where you didn't need a half-hour instruction period. The tour was well-arranged with the various stops/points of interest being explained well. I thought, however, that we stopped too much and we didn't have adequate opportunity simply to ride the Segway without interruption. However, this was a GREAT experience to enjoy in Chicago and I have recommended it to family and friends. My wife and I would likely take another Segway tour in the context of introducing another couple to it but, if it were just the two of us, we would want a more advanced experience, as noted above. | ||||||

| I have lived in the Chicago area all of my life and have done every tour, event, program the city offers, but this one was AWESOME. Buzzing around the lakefront and museum campus on segways just made me appreciate our fabulous city all over again. My two teenage boys who generally roll their eyes when I suggest a day in the city had a blast and even learned many fun facts and pieces of information about the city, its architecture, the Fire, the World's Fair, soldier field, etc. Bottom line - we are blessed to live near such a great city and the Segway tour just gave us one more opportunity to enjoy all it has to offer. Our guide was fabulous, Segways were easy to learn, etc.etc. etc. Five stars for sure! | ||||||

| The Segway Park Tour was the highlight of our trip to Chicago. We had briefly walked through part of the area earlier but the Segway tour gave us a complete history of that part of Chicago as well as the skyline, the Lakes, and other facts. Mike, the guide gave us an excellent orientation and learning session about handling the Segway. The information about the landmarks were interestingly presented, and timed to include even those at the back of the group (me). In addition, every person at the segway meeting place was friendly, helpful, and a wealth of information about Chicago. | ||||||

| Took the park City Gilde Tour with Mike!! It was so much fun we didn't want it to end. It was a postcard perfect day to be in the city and the sights were magnificent. This is a great tour for families, as they go into some fun and interesting facts about the city and achitecture, but not enough to bore the children! Our kids are 13 and 16 and we all had no trouble learning to maneuver the Segway.It's super easy and smooth! There's about a 20 minute training session prior to the actual start of the tour. Highly recommended! Mike was awesome! We even stopped for a Chicago Style Hot Dog during the tour! YUM!! | ||||||

| We had seen the Segway tours along the lakefront during a previous visit and wanted to remember to do one the next time we visited. We made a trip back in early October and I booked the tour before leaving for the city. Once getting there, I and my 14 year old daughter located the store and starting point for the tour. The staff was great in getting the paperwork going and starting briefing on riding the Segway. I'm sure my daughter had no doubt that she could do it but as a 55 year dad, I had some concerns. We wheeled the Segways across Michigan Ave. to the park, and after only 10 minutes of assistance and early moves, we were off on our tour, very comfortable and confident in our riding. The two guys from the store that were our guides were very helpful in our ride, very informative in their narration of what we were seeing along the lakefront (parks, fountain, museum, aquarium, Soldier Field, Millenium Park, Art Institute). By the end of the ride, both my daughter and I were confortably zipping along, weaving between posts and trees, having a wonderful ride and view of the city. This is the best of a walking tour of a great area of one the best cities in America, along with a chance to try a completely new mode of transportation that is as fun as anything that I've driven or ridden. Five stars! | ||||||

| Dave, (guide), and Jeff, (Segway instructor), were great. Dave gave just enough architecture information to make things interesting but not boring. The route was easy to navigate and you could look around and enjoy the city. Chicago is the perfect city for this type of tour because it's flat and the sidewalks and park paths are very generous. I could have toured all day. It was an excellent addition to our trip. | ||||||

| my best friend and i enjoyed the tour very much. we were lucky because we were the only ones on the tour. our guide was very nice and we had a lot of fun. only thing: please clean your toilet/bathroom. the condition is more then awfull! the price was reasonable but we saw a different provider who offered a two hour tour for @50 usd. | ||||||

| I bought the tickets for my 15 year son old and my very hard to please mother-in-law. They had a blast. They can't stop talking about it. It poured the day they went and they still said it was fantastic. My son has given me a blow by blow of everything they did. I think that is the most he has said in 6 months. Thanks for the big success! | ||||||

| Really, it was an amazingly fun experience. Jeff, our tour guide, was fantastic--he patiently got us all comfortable with riding the segway, tailored the tour to what the group wanted to do, etc. I will be bringing other friends/relatives down to experience riding the segway. | ||||||

| This is a great way to get around town, experience something new and share it all with friends or strangers. Definitely gives you something to write home about. Tour guides are fun, informed and very helpful. | ||||||
