| The segway experience was not my cup of tea. I enjoyed the tour, however; the actual segway machine was something I could not master in the short time I was on the machine. I feel the company needs to give people more practice time on the machine before putting them in the busy streets of Chicago. Going up hills and stopping was not an easy task for this rider. Next time, I'll stick to walking.... | ||||||

| As a life long resident of Chicago I saw the City in a different way that was very informative to even me. The guide was very well versed in the history of the City and answered all of the questions from the group. One member of my group did experience some problems with the Segway that they were given for the tour which kept turning off. This caused her to have to walk for part of the tour until a new unit could be brought out for her to use (about 20 minutes or so). This was very inconvenient for her and, I am sure, the rest of the tour which had to slow down to accomodate a walker. This was very unfortunate as the rest of the tour was excellent. I would like to see other tours added that would encompass other parts of the City. I think that would be a terrific addition to this tour of the Fountain, Soldier Field and the Museum Campus. | ||||||

| My husband, sister and I all loved riding the segways. My sister and I were both a little scared at first but later agreed that by about midway through we felt like the segways were a part of our bodies. They moved so easily with gentle leaning forward and back! My husband was not that interested in joining us but confessed (as always) that like my sister and I he had a delightful time breathing the fresh lake air, seeing the skyline, flora and lake and hearing the historical comments by Derek. Thank you for a lovely tour. | ||||||

| The Segway experience was a 10+ for me. The feeling of moving freely at a faster pace with a machine that feels as though it were a part of me was quite a high. The guides were kind, courteous and, most importantly, patient. I hope to catch the architectural tour next time I visit Chicago. | ||||||

| Just the best way to tour the lakefront. We enjoyed the beautiful sights of the city, learned some interesting history, and had a blast riding the Segways! Our guide was knowledgable and friendly. I would do this again! | ||||||

| I was on a short vacation to IL from CA. IL used to be my home. Brought my boyfriend along to see Chicago for the first time. I was looking for a way to show him the city in 2 days. The Segway was a perfect way to do this. We did not have a lot of time to tour the city and show him each tourist attraction but the Segway experience was very satisfying for him. I have been to Chicago many times as a college student and have lived near the city for about 8 years in the past. Now that I am living in Northern CA, I had to show my boyfriend what a great place Chicago is. I had a bit of trouble using the equipment but still enjoyed the tour. It was fun. Will have to come back and do it again. Thanks guys. | ||||||

| It was a great experience to ride the Segway. The staff took time to instruct us using the vehicles. The ride was leasurly spaced & enjoyable. As far as the architecture part was concerned, the buildings were far in a distance from our ride in Grant park. For "up, close, and personal" building tours you must take a walking tour. | ||||||

| My teen son and I enjoyed our tour very much. The segway experience was a wonderful way to spend a few hours on a sunny morning. The 2 hour tour was great, but 3 hours would have been more to our liking. Learning to ride a segway was much easier than we had expected. After 10 minutes we were fully confident in our ability to navigate through the city. Our tour was made even more pleasure filled by our tour guide Dave. He is a senior at Columbia College studying to be an actor. He has a very personable way about himself, and supplied us with many interesting factoids of the city during the tour. The segways we rode were limited to 6 mph. Being able to experience the ride at the higher speeds the segway is capable of, is something we would wish to see in the future. John and Sean | ||||||

| I would definetly give a segway tour two thumbs up. It was fun for the entire family. Not only was the segway fun but are guides were outstanding as well. I am looking forward to the holiday lights tour with them. Looking for something new give this a try!!!!!!! | ||||||

| The segways were fun, however, as a tour this is quite lacking. Tour guides felt more like summer camp sports counselors than tour guides, not sharing anything about the sites we were seeing, talking more about segways (like they were trying to sell them) rather than about the city. However, segways were very fun to ride, easy to learn on, and a great way to get around. Just make sure to take a real tour ahead of time so you know what you're looking at. | ||||||

| We had such a great time on the Segway tour. The guides were wonderful, nice people who provided information about each of the tour stops. The tour was extremely scenic (we had a perfect weather day) and just so incredibly fun! I went with 5 other friends, which made it even better. We all said the same things about it and would highly recommend it. | ||||||
