| This is an incredible way to see the city and many of it's highlights! Our guide was really terrific (thanks Alex!) and did the best he could with a mid-size group of 7 people with varying degrees of comfort on the segway. We went on an extremely busy day (July 5th and a Saturday) and our guide was very calm and reassuring. The Segways are easy to operate, but do make sure that you allow yourself enough time to get comfortable with all aspects of the machine. It truly is a great way to have fun and see the city! We felt it was a good value and provided some great family time together, as well. | ||||||

| I am from Chicago, my husband had never been to Chicago and we booked a trip so I could show him my hometown. We signed up for several tours around the city so he could see as much as possible in 2 and 1/2 days. We took this tour and it was the best tour we took. Our tour guide was Laura and she was great. She took her time to show us how to use the Segway and made sure we were comfortable on them. Her knowledge of the city and the sights was great. She answered every question we had. You could tell she truly enjoys her job. The Segways took a bit of getting used to, I had never been on anything like it before, but I will certainly ride them again! Thank you so much for a great Chicago experience! | ||||||

| The tour was fantastic! I was extremely excited about it the idea of the tour, and it exceeded my expectations. Riding around on the Segway is so much fun. The tour guide was very friendly. Don't expect detailed information about the sites from the tour, but you can expect to have lots of fun riding around the area. Highly recommended. | ||||||

| I saw this tour last year on my annual visit from California to visit family. Much to my dismay, it was sold out for the days we required. So we booked it for this visit. It was well worth the wait. The tour was wonderful. Our guide was very informative and the guys who instructed us on the segway were wonderful I would recommend this trip to all my friends who might be traveling to Chicago one day. Thanks for a great day! | ||||||

| That's what everyone shouted as we glided through our tour! We booked a surprise "Birthday" tour for my husband (and attached signs to our backs that read 'Wish Ron a Happy Birthday"...and everyone did!) We had a perfect day. The Segways were actually very easy to handle (once we got our instruction) and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our tour guide was Ed and he was terrific! He was great at the instruction and fun and informative on the tour. He also watched out for our safety and even though we had one minor casualty we felt very safe. We booked the Navy Pier tour and I would recommend it highly. We plan on going back. | ||||||

| I would've expected the route to be detoured while the Taste of Chicago was going on. Instead we went directly through the crowd and that wasn't fun at all. We had a couple of incidents due to the crowd (stumbling off Segway, etc). I suppose that may be why our Segways were set at such a slow speed. I've been on several tours in other states and we were always able to gradually increase the speed. When we finally got into open space, it was frustrating to only be able to go 6 miles an hour. The tour was ok, but I wouldn't do it again. | ||||||

| We booked a tour on the morning of the 4th of July thinking the Segway tour would be a good way to get an overview of the city. It was but much more. It ended up being one of the highlights of our 5 day trip to Chicago. Beautiful city with very informative dialogue from the tour guide. We highly recommend the Segway Experience Segway tour. | ||||||

| My wife and me and our son and daughter-in-law signed up to take the tour together, even though I felt it was a little expensive and was worried that my wife might find it difficult. I was wrong on both counts! We had a great time and with our guide's help everyone quickly learned how to ride. My recommendation is "just do it!' | ||||||

| Segaway is an experience on its own. It is hard to compare it to a scooter or alike. It is a chariot with 5 invisible gyroscopic horses but better because after an hour of driving it feels like it is a part of your own body... Surprisingly, the tour was very interesting and informative. Our tour guide Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive. A lot of fun for your money. I'll do it again. | ||||||

| I thought the Segway tour was great. I enjoyed learning to ride and found it easy. The instructor was patient and helpful. The tour itself did not provide as much information as I would have liked. A scheduled break for a beverage or rest rooms would have been nice. Overall, it was a fun way to spend a few hours on the lakefront of Chicago. | ||||||
