| I thought that this was a great activity! It was really fun to get to use the Segways and we got to see many great highlights of Chicago since we could get around faster than on foot. My only complaint is that the description on the website made it seem as though the registration and training all took place a half hour before the tour and that the tour was a complete two hours. In fact, the training took place during the first half hour and the tour was the remaining hour and a half. I think an hour and a half is long enough for the tour, I just think that the advertising of the tour should be clearer and more accurate. | ||||||

| The Segway experience is an activity that shouldn't be missed. It is fun and informative. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Chicago.The leaders are patient and good at giving instructions. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. | ||||||

| I did this with my 14 year old grandson, and we had a great time. The tour was very professionally run and lots of fun. Our guide (Sarah) did a great job of teaching us how to handle the Segway and leading us through Grant park. | ||||||

| We had my wife's family in from all parts of the country. We wanted to do something that was different from the ordinary "touristy" thing to do. We also wanted to do something the teenagers would like. The little guys in our group went to Navy Pier while the teens, aunts and uncles went to the Segway store. We had 13 in our group, and the leaders were very helpful in keeping 2 leaders together so our group could stay together. The weather was perfect. The group leaders did a good job of demonstrating the Segways. We had a blast running up and down lakefront. I would recommend this trip to anyone interested. | ||||||

| Our guide was knowledgable and entertaining. The staff gave us clear instructions and were very safety conscious. There were some problems with battery memory but staff members kept their senses of humor. | ||||||

| My husband & I had a GREAT time on the Segway Tour. They were very easy to learn how to use & were very fun to ride once we got the hang of it. The tour itself was interesting & we were able to see many sites. The battery on my Segway died when we were almost at the end of the tour, but the guides were able to get a replacement to me within minutes, and in the meantime, I rode one of the guides' Segways. VERY fun & interesting, I recommend it to people of all ages & abilities! Staff couldn't be nicer or more friendly! | ||||||

| I went on this tour with my husband and a close friend who was visiting Chicago. It was an awesome way to see downtown and the Segway was AWESOME. Tour guide Rob was super fun and made sure we were all comfortable on our Segways before hitting the road. We had a great time and I can't wait to get back on a Segway. | ||||||

| I recommend that everyone, including locals, experience a Segway tour. It's worth it alone to be able to use this technology. It's truely amazing that this equipment works so intuitively. I was a little nervous at first, but quickly caught on. Even though I've lived here for five years, touring on the Segway allowed me to see parts of the city that I was always too tired to walk to. It's great for all ages. | ||||||

| The tour was great fun! If I had to criticize, and it's so minor, I thought that the second break we took was unnecessarily long, and seemed like we were killing time to make sure we didn't arrive back too early. I would've rather been riding the Segway. Other than that, it was great! I would do it again. | ||||||

| Our Segueway trip was one of the highlights of our trip to Chicago. It is fun for all ages and skill levels. If you can stand up, you can learn to ride one of these! The rider education was thorough and even the younger riders had no trouble throughout the ride. Our leader Ed was a helpful and amusing tour guide. Cruising down the lake front and through the park...you just can't beat it. Our only regret was it was not a longer tour. They should open up a branch up by the zoo as well. | ||||||
