| Only suggestions - a little more time in training; and when coming back we tried to cross an intersection with probably 80 people coming the other direction with bikes coming from both directions....we should have shut off the segways and walked them across; just like we did when we crossed the intersection at the beginning. As a result, my wife hit the raised part of the curb and fell. Luckily, she and the segway are fine. It was alot of fun; but the fall at the very end left a "bad taste"; as it could have been avoided. Thanks. John R Jancan Joyce F Kastner | ||||||

| We had a ball riding on the segways although the speed limiter was frustrating at times. The route for our architectural tour was exactly what we were looking for. The part that was only okay was the fact that our docent didn't realize that we were local and therefore new much of what she was telling us. On top of that she read from notes much of the time while we were in the museum campus area and that took away from it all. Her knowledge of the buildings/statues on Michigan Avenue was high. | ||||||

| This trip was a total blast! Our whole family loved it (12y/o and 14 y/o) We had so much fun operating the segways as well as getting some great info about Chicago on the tour. I would have liked a little bit more time to go independently on them i.e around parks and/or museum campus. Hint: They are operated by balance mainy, so if you have a balance issue, it might be a little difficult. | ||||||

| The Segway Experience (Chicago Park Glide Tour) is a blast! First of all, if you have ever wanted to try a Segway, this is your chance. Secondly, being able to see Chicago this way was great! Although we had to avoid some of the sights due to the Taste of Chicago, nothing really describes how much fun you'll have. As with any new experience there is a learning curve in operating the Segway, but the staff (Nicole?) was experienced, knowledgable and patient. We learned how to make our way around all obstacles, even the throngs of people going to the Taste of Chicago. I will definitely book another Segway Experience the next time I'm in Chicago! You get an A+++++ in my book! | ||||||

| The architectural tour is more appropriate for adults. We had a kid on our tour. He was bored and not interested in the lectures. He did not follow the guides instructions. He was a bit dangerous to have around. Age limit should be increased from 12. | ||||||

| Highly recommend for all ages and backgrounds from local residents to visitors. We had fun even though we were in a crowded situation (Taste of Chicago). We covered more scenic spots than we could walk to or travel to by car in a shorter period of time. Our guide Anthony was fun and exceptional. He was not only concerned about our safety but also that we relaxed and enjoyed the Ride! In addition, he was knowledgeable about Chicago's history and architecture. This is definately a no brainer! We'll be back for a customized tour . | ||||||

| This is a great way to see the lake front of Chicago and have a unique experience! The Segway folks where great! The knowledge of the tour guide was very good. Would highly recommend! | ||||||

| You couldn't have asked for a better day to have the tour. I thought it was great that there was a practice area where a couple groups could get oriented with the segways. Because of the Taste, there was some disorganization as to where we could and couldn't go. The museum campus was nice, but it was too bad we couldn't go any more north of Jackson. The architecture guide, Stan, was knowledgeable on the buildings. He didn't talk much about any of the other buildings outside of michigan avenue or east randolph which was fine, but Chicago has so much more architecture to offer than just that. We made it down early, but there was no Walgreens nearby that we could find. One suggestion... I was surprised when the guide said he didn't have any sunscreen in his first-aid kit. | ||||||

| Our guide was great. He was enthusiastic and entertaining. The whole tour was just a great time. We learned things about Chicago we never even knew and we're from here. With the taste going on it was a little hectic around the office but out on the tour it was a blast. I recommend it to anybody visiting or people just looking for a fun thing to do. | ||||||

| I've been wanting to do this for years. My only regret, is I did not do it sooner. I'm already planning my next Segway tour. My only question is, who will I share this awesome experience with. I toke my two nephews the first time, ages 12 and 14. My sister says they can't stop talking about the Segways, and how cool their aunt is. I recommend this for all ages. This by the way was a gift to me, from someone who knows my likes and dislikes. He could not have picked a more perfect gift. Priceless Memories! | ||||||

| My wife and I are both 68 years old, but we found the Segway to be easy to learn and easy to ride. It was great fun and thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 hours. We can't wait to do it again with our children and grandchildren. | ||||||
