| My comments would be that the experience was fun but there were some issues with the experience. The place did not have our reservation (did it on line with your service) and so there were too many people in the group. They had to take us but they didn't have enough charged Segways. So we found units and the minute we left, mine was beeping and had to be replaced. That took 10 ninutes and then another persons took 10 minutes so the Segways weren't the most reliable. The tour was nice but the guide was not very informative about the site. We ended up using up time along Lake Michigan in this open area and just drove back and forth. I would have preferred seeing more and hearing about the places. So it was fun but I think the other guy (guide) may have done a much better job and woudl want more reliable Segways. | ||||||

| The Segway was as easy to handle as they say it is. The tour guide was more than helpful in making us feel comfortable on the machines before we took off. We had varying levels in out group of 9 and all were "experts" by the end. He was knowledgeable about the sites we saw. He was personable. THANK YOU!!!! | ||||||

| The Segways were easy to learn--very good instruction was provided. It was a beautiful clear evening in Chicago, so riding through Grant Park, past Buckingham Fountain, along the lake and around the museums was delightful. Our leader was very nice and gave us some good Chicago information, but the "tour" was really secondary to our riding the Segways. The 2 hours was more about riding, enjoying the scenery and enjoying each other. By the time the tour was nearing its end, no-one wanted to give up their Segway. They become almost a part of you--they are quite intuitive. Anyhow, it was a fun thing to do with my 20 year old son. We only wished we could have gone faster! | ||||||

| We had a great time on the Segway tour. In fact, it was the second year in a row that we took the tour. The tour stops at all of the highlights, parks and the museums. The tour operators are great and often stop to take photos and give a bit of history about a particular venue. I would recommend this to anyone! | ||||||

| It was a fun way to spend time with my children, high school and college age. Although we knew the locations being narrated, it was a different approach to view downtown. We were told they offer the tours year round; we would love to try a winter tour. | ||||||

| The guide had good knowledge of the city. Everyone was comfortable with the machines before we left for the tour. By the end of the tour we could all manuver the machines as if we were walking. The views and locations we saw were great! I would recommend this to anyone. | ||||||

| All three of our family members really enjoyed the experience. The training was well done by a very friendly young man who led the group extremely well. We really liked the tour but will always remember the experience of using the innovative segway machines in the park and on the lakefront. Thanks for something we will always remember. We will definitely do it again if we are in Chicago! | ||||||

| I always thought the segways look like fun, now I know. We were lucky to ride on a Tuesday, the foot traffic wasn't as busy as a Saturday or a Sunday would have been. The guide was fun. | ||||||

| Our family enjoyed the Segway tour a lot. I don't recommend it if you really want an informative or detailed tour of Chicago. It is really all about the Segway. Like most people taking this tour, I assume, I had never been on a Segway and was curious. It was easy to learn and very safe. The instructor was very patient and personable. The tour is a great way to spend time with the family and get oriented to downtown Chicago. It seemed expensive at $70 per person but was well worth it. If going in the summer, I recommend sun block and sun glasses. A hat is not necessary since you wear a helmet. We were worried about punctuality but it was very relaxed and if you are late, I am sure they will wait on you. | ||||||
