Segway Experience of Chicago

This was a blast! It was my daughter (20 yrs old) and myself (56 yrs old). We both loved it. When I first stepped on the segway, I wasn't sure I would get the hang of it, but after just minutes I was fine. My daughter got it right away. Our tour guides were very friendly and so much fun. Would recommend this 100%!

We are a family of 5- with an older teen and 2 14 year olds. Eric was our guide and he was exceptional. We watched a very brief instructional video on the segways operation and then we were fitted with a helmet and vest. Eric took the time to make sure we were happy with the fit. We headed outside with our segway and headed to the nearest park. We had a trial run- again , Eric took the time to make sure we were comfortable before heading out. The tour itself was very informative -Eric was very knowledgable and pointed out the architecture, gave us historical facts, as well as amusing ones.We were able to see all the sights along the lakeshore. My children enjoyed not only the driving of the segways, but Eric's personality as well. It was our first time in Chicago; we will be back and would love to have Eric take us on another tour. He was personable, very patient, helpful,safety conscious and respectful. You will not be disappointed!

Damien was our guide and he did an excellent job. Damien took us to all the area attractions, answered all of our questions and even recommended other things to do to maximize our time in Chicago. For this date and time my wife and I were the only guests. We arrived early so Damien suggested we leave earlier too ipo hanging around. Everyone should try a Segway tour and use this company for a great time.

The Segway Tour is a lot of fun and you see some spots of Chicago you probably wouldn't see without this tour. The guide knows a lot of interesting stories. Just ask him. Riding a Segway is as easy as a walk in the park. You will need about 5 minutes and then it will work like you want it. Make sure to wear warm clothes since you don't move much and it's getting very cold on a Segway, especially in winter time.

My son and I were in Chicago visiting Depaul and Loyola. I googled Chicago and the Sedway tour came up. What an experience that we had!!. The guides were great, patient, adorable, and provided us with details/points of interest that I was really interested in. It was a cold day but they had snow suites (which I highly recommend) and made the trip very enjoyable. Next time in Chicago we would do it again, it was so much fun. I highly recommend this tour. The location is right next door to the Corner Bakery, which was a great way to end a fun day!

Damian was without a doubt, the best tour guide we've ever had. He was very professional but also added his personal style to the tour. We visited on a colder day and he was constantly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour. The tour was not only fun by riding the segway but also very informative in learning about the Chicago history. Damian was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the city. He also knew some of the best spots for pictures of the downtown skyline, a must when touring the city. I can't say enough great things about Damian!!!

Everything from the reservation to the tour itself was delightful and easy! The Segway Experience of Chicago is not to be missed! Eric, our tour guide, quickly acquainted us with the Segway and within minutes we were very comfortable on this machine. It had just started snowing, so warm snowsuits were provided (thanks!). We visited Buckingham Fountains, the Field Natural History Museum, Soldier Field, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, and the sights along Michigan Avenue. All throughout the tour, Eric gave history and stories about the city, the buildings, and the attractions. This trip was first-rate! I was confident in their priorities for safety, and will come back for another tour with this operator. You will not be disappointed!

Even if the weather was very cold, amazing tour in the Chicago parks. Jonathan was a very funny and interesting guide.

We visited Chicago in winter and were given tickets to the tour as part of our Christmas presents from family. The briefing before getting underway was comprehensive, and warm outfits were offered for those who needed them. The staff were friendly and informative; we learnt a lot about the city from our guide Ed and nothing was too much trouble for the office staff. We would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family.

Did a 2 hour tour and had a blast. The weather was cold, but we dressed appropriately and even turned down the snowmobile suits our guide offered. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had a great time zooming around the city. Would recommend to anyone.

If you're thinking about a tour of Chicago that has the novelty of using a Segway (whether for the first, second or subsequent time) with useful and interesting information about a range of topics, buildings, parks and sights, then go on this one. There are many very good photo opportunities. The tour leaders, Eric and Ed, are enthusiastic, friendly and confident. The distances travelled in the two hour tour are three to four times more than by walking because it is so much easier. Make sure you dress according to the weather conditions; even taking a windproof jacket could be advisable when going at twice walking speed into a Chicago headwind. Thanks guys. Highly recommended.

The ride is exciting and illustrative.

We had a great time seeing the area on the Segway. The guide was very helpful and knowledgable of the area and pointed out many interesting sites. The experience of riding the Segway was just great and it was very easy to manuver. I would recommned this tour to anyone who visits Chicago.
