| I approached the Segway tour initially with a lot of trepidation--I was only doing it because my 14-year-old niece wanted to. I'm not good with motorized things nor do I have good hand-eye coordination. From the very moment we set foot in the shop, I was made to feel welcome and re-assured I would be able to ride the segway . We had a great trainer and guide who was super-patient, informative and relaxed about our tour. I caught on very quickly--to my surprise--and soon became confident about riding the segway. I had a great time (so did my niece) and hope to do this again in the future! I'd highly recommend it to anyone! --Sheila Riley | ||||||

| I had a great time, I was a little aprehensive at first because I don't have the best balance, but after a few moments on the segway I was ready to go. It's very easy to learn and master. I would highly recomend this activity to anyone. I saw several things and learned facts about many things I didn't know about in the city. This was absolutely awesome!! | ||||||

| My husband took me on the segway tour for my birthday and we just had so much fun. What a great way to spend my birthday. Our guide Sarah was so knowledgeable, so enthuastic and so much fun that she was a big reason why we had such a great time. And Brendon, was great also. It was his first day and we thought he had been doing it for a long time. I have to admit I was a little nervous at first but with Sarah taking each one of us individually, explaining what we need to do to ride the segway and then giving us plenty of time to practice before we were "set free" that by that time I felt like a pro. I would highly recommend the Zerve segway tour - it is wonderful way to see the city of Chicago. | ||||||

| Was disappointed that the information given when I booked this tour said we should arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled activity was to start for training video and equipment fitting. We arrived at said time and no one was there. About 5 minutes later a guy arrived, didn't introduce himself only said it'd take a while for him to get set up and to have a seat. He was right as it was almost an hour before we got started. Then there was no "training video" only the guide telling us the "dos and don'ts." There is not much input from the guide during this tour but a lot of time getting to ride the segway. We have taken a segway tour from another company before and the guide gave much more information about Chicago, its history, and the sights. I guess it depends on what you want from the tour. | ||||||

| The evening tour was fantastic. Our tour leader was knowledgeable and engaging. My kids, (ages 12 and 14), thought it was the best part of our Chicago vacation. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun way to see some sights of Chicago in a unique way. | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Tim, did a great job with our family of five (2 adults and 3 teens). We learned to ride the Segways very quickly and then headed off to the Museum Campus etc. Tim was very informative and personable. We are definitely going to go on a Segway tour with your company again, especially when we have out-of-town visitors. | ||||||

| What a great venue to be able to see the city from. Of course our group was having so much fun zooming around on the Segway's, I think if not for our trusted guide, we would of forgotten to "look up". Our guide was very knowledgable and also afforded us the opportunity to go at our own pace. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. We plan on doing another Segway tour soon. This is another one of those activities that you can bring a group of friends along to and have a blast at...like we did. :-) | ||||||

| From the beginning to the very end we loved it. My kids(21,19 and 17) didn't even mind the flourescent safety vest we had to wear. They thought it was funny!. Being on the segway was just such a great feeling. We're now going to do it in any city we're in that offers a tour. It was a great way to see alot of Chicago at once. Tim, our guide was terrific and kind of let us guide him as to how much or how liittle info we wanted. One of the best things we did while in Chicago! | ||||||

| The Segway was easy and quick to learn. It practically wants to stand straight up by it self. With five minutes of practice you're ready to go. In another ten minutes you are pratically a pro. The machine is amazing. The tour along the lake front from Navy Pier to North Beach and on into Streeterville offered a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, the city, Lincoln Park, and the neighborhood of the North side. Our guide was able to supply use with historical information about various parks, statues, buildings of Chicago, homes such as the McCormic mansion, and the city. My wife and I really enjoyed the tour and would do it again. | ||||||

| Our tour guide Dereck was very helpful and informative. Seeing this part of the lake front and the gold coast neighborhood was interesting. We had taken the southern tour to the museum campus last year and also found that great. We liked the new Segway machines. Easier to steer. | ||||||

| We thought it would be fun, and it was, but we also learned a lot about the city. Our guide was very knowledgable and told us the history as we toured. We covered a lot more area than if we had walked, and it was very easy. A "must do" when visiting downtown! | ||||||

| Ed (tour guide) and Mike (working the counter) were both very personable and professional. My wife and I hadn't used a Segway before our tour and wouldn't take another tour in Chicago (at least on a weekend). Evidently the Segway's are supposed to stay off the bike paths, but with the volume of walkers and runners along the lake, it was far too congested for Segway novices, the lake was way too close as well. The return trip was primarily on sidewalks which were also congested and not to mention the number of ramps and inclines on this tour, I lost track of the number of streets we crossed with each one seemed to bring new challenges with the crowds. The first time we relaxed on the tour was when it was over. I would not recommend this tour for a first time Segway user, we were thankful to be on the first tour of the day, I can not imagine how crowded Navy Pier was later in the day. | ||||||
