The Original New Orleans Movie Tour

Tour guide was excellent - friendly, well informed, enthusiastic

As a movie fan, taking this tour quickly became one of the biggest highlights of my five day trip to New Orleans. Our guide was Jonathan who is not only an outstanding and entertaining host, he is also an actor himself so he is able to provide some very unique insight into the movie industry and its expanding history in Louisiana. While you are being driven around in the super comfortable and air conditioned van, your guide will provide great anecdotes and information about movie locations and even some fun trivia. As the van pulls up to each location, a video clip will be played on the seat-back monitors featuring a movie scene that was shot at that very spot. Its so cool to be able to watch a scene play out at a cafe table, rooftop, or balcony that is literally right in front of you! When the opportunity arises, you may or may not get to see films being made on location and in a rare event, you might even get to meet the people who make all that magic. On our tour, we got to see some sets from upcoming films, but chose to play it safe when police and security vehicles provided an impenetrable wall between our reality and all the movie magic being created just down the street. Still very exciting! Overall this was a great tour and well worth the time and cost. If you are in New Orleans, I would highly recommend it whether you are a movie fan or not.

The tour was well done, lots of fun, tour guide knowledgeable and personable. I would do it again.

I was notified thurs nite by text that the tour might be canceled. Friday tried calling...went straight to voice mail left message text received that tour had been canceled. Saturday left 2 more voicemail...no reply sunday also called no answer left another message. Still have not been able to contact this shady company and i want my money back. Can't get in touch with them even called zerve no satisfaction. Would you get in touch with them for me i definitely will tell about this experience

A group of my tour guide friends and I went on this tour on Friday morning and we thought it was one of the best tours we've been on. Tour leader was charming, informative, professional, friendly, and downright entertaining. This is the way to do a movie tour.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie tour and would recommend it to anyone going to New Orleans.

A lot of fun leaning about the film industry and how it has impacted New Orleans. A bit rushed and the indicated refreshments were missing but nice way to see and learn about New Orleans.

The tour was good but the van was difficult to get in & out of. A step stool would have helped a lot. I sat on the right. I couldn't see a thing on the left. The tour would be much improved if the van were more easily accessible AND if it had bigger windows.

My husband and I love movies and really enjoyed this unique tour in New Orleans. Jonathan was very informative and personalized this tour to our movie tastes. He was entertaining and knowledgeable without being obnoxious as I have found many tour guides to be. The van was very comfortable and it was great to visit so many neighborhoods of film locations. The video clips shown were excellent and easy to identify with the locations where they were filmed. Jonathan's history of acting and knowledge of behind the scenes activity added a lot to the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour for a fun two hours in New Orleans!
