Very "entertaining" tour!!

We loved our New Orleans Movie Tour! We saw many different areas of New Orleans (French Quarter, Garden district, cemetaries, and many historic landmarks) with movie clips on a screen right in front of your seat that were filmed at each spot EXACTLY! Our tour director was very knowledgeable about the movies and New Orleans itself and provided interesting tidbits as we rode along. We saw many people walking on other tours and we were all very happy to be inside and coo in our van on such a hot and muggy day! Overall it was a fun and entertaining tour and we would higly recommend it!! A great way to see LOTS of New Orleans!

Jonathan was a great tour guide! He knew a lot about the movies, was funny, and very personable. He even took requests for movies that were not on the agenda. I would definitely recommend this movie tour to anyone who wants to learn about the city in a different way.

We enjoyed our movie tour in New Orleans. Our guide was very informative, and even tried to re-enact some scenes in his driving :) We got to see a few parts of the city that we wouldn't otherwise have seen. The van wasn't as comfortable as I had anticipated - seats are well worn and TV screens are very small. I also felt that the tour was a bit overpriced, but overall would recommend the tour.

Jonathan was VERY enthusiastic and VERY knowledgeable about the movie locations and movie making in general. He was also funny and personable. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in movies shot in NOLA or who just wants a different perspective on NOLA in general.

Great city tour and the movie history of the city,

The tour was fun and personal as we watched movie clips just a few feet away from the actual location. We would ask questions about New Orleans and receive an informational answer from a local who loves his city. We enjoyed bottled water and popcorn as we went by some movie stars homes. We saw a movie set location and tv show being filmed. After the tour we felt more confident about touring the city on our own. My older teenager enjoyed the tour and I would not recommend for children as you hang on every word that Jonathan is saying because he is so knowledgeable about the movie clips and the movie industry. We played movie trivia and each person has their own movie screen to watch. Jonathan is a gracious host and wanted everyone on the tour to have all of thier questions answered and to have a good time. The van was spotless inside as well as the tourist restroom stop. When the tour is over you feel as Jonathan is an old friend who you hate saying good bye to but he has instilled the enthusiasm of the city that you can't wait to start exploring.

New Orleans movie tour-A "Must Do"

My husband and I read about this tour in our loacl news paper, Since we wanted to see New Orleans or "Hollywood South" as it can be referred to in movie talk, we thought this would be interesting. We found this to be a great experience and you got a great deal of information about where movies were filmed in the past and where one was being currently filmed in the Warehouse District. We got to see the French Quarter, Jackson Square, as well as the Garden District where many personalities have homes as well as historical sites. Our guide was wonderful and very personable, as well as being informative on any questions that were asked. I would recommend that this would be a "Must Do" on your list of activities when you visit the Big Easy

An Informative and Relaxing Tour

The reason for my "relaxing" comment, is that it is a great way to spend 2 hours in an air conditioned, comfortable vehicle. Jonothan was a great tour guide and gave detailed explanations of where we were and what happened in the movies that were filmed at the sites. He even tried to recreate some of the scenes! Movie buffs will enjoy this tour as well as sightseeing tourists that want information about the historical town of New Orleans. A very pleasant morning for us!

We enjoyed our movie tour sitting comfortably in our air conditioned van. It was neat viewing the location and seeing the movie clip on your screen in front of you. Never realized how much NOLA has become a little hotbed for movies!
