The tour leader-Jonathan was enthusiastic and full of interesting trivia. We got to see dozens of movie sights, and the clips of the movies that he showed while we were parked at the locations were terrific. Got to see several neighborhoods, including the French Quarter and the Garden District. Had a pit stop in the middle of the tour near a large cemetery. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks for the popcorn!

Excellent tour! Great for any movie buff. Very informative with great movie clips of what was filmed there. Also went to two movie sites that were currently filming there. I even had a request on where a movie was made and they included it in the tour! Very nice guide and tour. I would recommend to anyone into movies. Even if you are not I think you would enjoy this tour!!

Movies and More

The tour exceeded my expectations. This was due to owner/guide Jonathon's depth of knowledge of the movie industry, as well as of the films themselves. This man is definitely a movie fan, and this passion is what elevates his tour above the ordinary. Film clips from movies were previewed when arriving at a particular scene, followed by an explanation of the scene and interesting facts about the film and actors. The "More" in my title refers to the New Orleans history lessons which we received as a bonus while driving through different parts of town. I found the tour to be interesting, informative, and enjoyable

Best Movie Tour We Have Been On

We were surprised to discover how much filming was done in New Orleans. (In fact, we saw a Progressive commercial being filmed while we were there.) Our guide knew all the movie spots and included great clips. We had most recently done a movie tour in a large city and thought the clips used were very dated. This tour spanned the beginning of films up to the present including movies that hadn't been released yet. There is something for everyone! He showed us how to "read" the tell-tale signs that a movie is being filmed and even showed us where several A-List Celebrities lived. This was my husband's favorite activity on our New Orleans trip.

Nice mix of old, newer and in the works movies. Guide was extremely well versed not only on the movies shot in New Orleans but the movie industry as a whole.

Had a great time, our guide was very friendly and very informative of the movie industry. Saw a lot of places that I had seen in the movies but did not realize that it was in New Orleans. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Also very kid friendly. And best of all you get to ride in air condtion comfort. Beats walking on a ghost tour!

We liked the tour but suggest some changes

The tour leader was great and the tour was fun, but we would prefer limiting it to movies that take place in New Orleans, not just movies filmed in New Orleans. We thought there were too many car crash movies. What about "Pretty Baby" and "Jezebel"? Loved the popcorn.

Our family enjoyed this tour. The guide was terrific and informative. The time flew by with light-hearted banter, questions and answers, and even some trivia questions thrown in. The actual van was well equipped and comfortable. All four of us would recommend this tour - 5 stars.
