We sought out the New Orleans movie tour after having a great experience in San Francisco on its movie tour. The NOLA one was even better. Tour guide Jonathan is a person of great enthusiasm and energy, as well as vast and interesting knowledge about the city. Note that it's not only a movie tour -- there is a lot of history and tons of interesting facts about New Orleans in Jonathan's presentation as well.
Our Tuesday tour was canceled due to video problems but luckily we were able to reschedule on Thursday and we are so glad we did. Our trip to New Orleans was fabulous with many highlights, and this was definitely one of them. When we go back, we will do the tour again for sure. DO NOT MISS THIS!! |

The tour host was very knowledgeable. The video in the van worked fine. Popcorn was a nice surprise and treat. Audio was fine. My only complaint if you want to call it that was the visibility looking out of the van. Would like for it to have been better. Little bit more expensive than it was worth. Tour was closer to 2 hours but was promoted as being a 3 hour tour. |

Even if you're not a big movie buff, you will absolutely enjoy this tour. Jonathon fills in the drive time between movie locations with local history and info. While it is just plain way cool to see a movie clip on a monitor in front of you, then look out the window and see the actual filming location, Jonathon's knowledge of the movie business is just as thorough as his knowledge of the local movie scene and New Orleans. Take this trip! Wonderful, friendly, "go the extra mile" host and guide; extremely unique tour of New Orleans, like nothing else out there; it is obvious that lots of time and preparation went into this tour. Once you have taken this tour, YOU will be back here and other sites giving it five stars and a rave review. Thanks Jonathon for the BEST 2+ hours we've ever had in New Orleans! |

Jonathan made this a thoroughly enjoyable tour. His "insider" perspective on the film industry and NOLA connections really helped to personalize the tour. In addition to visiting various movie locations and simultaneously watching relevant clips we got an interesting view of the city beyond the usual tourist sites.
Having a bright, articulate tour guide made it fun to see locations of several movie and TV shows that we have known. The fact that New Orleans serves as a "body double" for other cities was a revelation. |

I learned more about New Orleans than just the movie locations that surprised me the most. I thought the moderator was very enthusiaxtic and knew the material backward and forward. Popcorn was a nice touch and stop was timed perfectly . I don't know if it would have been as good without the moderator, as his enthusiam was what made the experience what it was. Paul |

I was in New Orleans only for a limited time and decided I was going only on one organised tour. So glad to have chosen this one because Jonathan was knowledgeable as well as entertaining. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone whether travelling solo, as a couple or a group. Value for money. |

Our guide was very well versed on all the movies shown and about movies in general as he has appeared in several movies. Also, he seemed to now all about New Orleans and which sights to see. Plus, we had popcorn, now how good is that?! |

Really like the experience of seeing the movie scene from where it was shot - you feel like you were there during the filming. The owners were great fun and love what they do. Would definetely suggest. |
