My fiancé and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide knew so much about each chocolate at each place. Her enthusiasm for the chocolate made our experience that much better. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes chocolate. I will definitely be going back! |

What a great way to spend an afternoon!!! The tour lasted 2 1/2 hours, and we went to 5 chocolatiers. Our tour guide, Linzi, was outgoing, fun, and knowledgeable. We took some of the chocolate home because we could not finish it all. We would definitely go on another tour. |

This tour was a present from me to a friend who was celebrating a major birthday, and it did not disappoint.
We had a terrific couple of hours with our guide Bert and the others on the tour. Bert managed to deliver an amazing amount of information about chocolate, while at the same time answering every question in a relaxed, thouughtful and humorous way.
I confess that at the beginning of the tour I thought that getting 2 samples at each shop didn't sound like much. Wrong! These are samples of very rich chocolates and we were in fact given extra samples or tastes of hot chocolate at several shops. Our samples turned out to be so filling that we didn't want to eat them all right then. We COULD have, but were very, very happy that we had taken a plastic container to save some for later. I heartily recommend this as a way to appreciate each type of chocolate -- and, I heartily recommend this tour. |

Great fun. Excellent tourguide: enthusiastic, knowlegeable and personable. Excellent chocolates: many varieties and types to learn about and to taste. Excellent walking route: not too long or difficult to follow. In short: go! |

I do not like chocolate and did this tour to please an out of town friend. My lucky friend got to eat 4 pieces of all the chocolate offered and he was in heaven.
However, the best part of the tour was the enthusiastic presentation of the young man leading the tour. He was so informative and showed extreme patience for the silliest of questions. Although I am personally not interested in anything regarding chocolate, his presentation at each store made me listen...and who knows, I might have learned something! |

It was pouring rain the day of our tour and our guide showed up right on time. We were the only 2 people on our tour so we got the private show. We were so lucky! Everyone connected with the tour including those in the chocolate shops were kind and very understanding when we asked all sorts of questions.
I fell in love with chocolates from one of the places. It totally replaced my former #1 pick which was also on the tour. If I hadn't taken this tour I would never have found the place.
I highly recommend this tour. You will learn a lot about chocolate, taste some fabulous chocoate and come home with way too much chocolate. |

Through the years we have been to NY many times, taking advantage of several different types of tours available. A chocolate tour sounded very different and interesting so we decided to give it a try. We were very warmly greeted by our tour guide who was not only gracious but very knowledgeable about chocolate. He took the time to describe the way chocolate is created and how this differs in individual regions of the world depending on where the beans are produced. He also provided us with information on the unique ways that each chocolatier developed and created his own style for his creations. Each chocolate shop offered each participant the ability to taste two pieces of chocolate and were very accommodating to having us in their shop. I would highly recommend this tour to chocolate lovers everywhere. |
