| The chocolate tour was one of the highlights of our long weekend trip. Bert was an amazingly knowledgeable and extremely personable guide who explained each shop's specialties along with its history and character. The samples were exquisite and we enjoyed each shop's unique offerings. We did return to a couple shops later to purchase chocolates we had tasted or to choose something entirely different.
Thanks you for allowing us to experience a totally unique side of New York City! I can't wait to return to New York and do the Soho Chocolate Tour next! Highly and enthusiastically recommended! |

| The 2.5 hour walking tour was very special. The guide was informative and entertaining, I learned a lot about chocolate in general and chocolate making in NYC.
You get to choose 2 chocolates to taste at 5 different shops, we also tasted some exquisite hot chocolate.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

| This tour (the NYC Luxury Chocolate Tour) was my formal introduction to the theme of chocolate. Although I have tasted a LOT of chocolate throughout the years, it is the first time I have been instructed in the basics and amplitude of the subject. The walk was nice, as it takes place on the Upper East Side, although I would recommend this tour for a time when the city is less crowded. The chocolate tasting was absolutely fantastic. It is the best chocolate I have ever tasted, both in liquid and solid form. The information provided by the guide was detailed, practical and entertaining, although a little lacking in accuracy (one of the chocolatiers visited was hailed as the seller of the most expensive chocolate in the world, although I found out later in Forbes that it is not... it is one of the top ten, though) and he was very amenable, courteous and friendly. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and worth every penny. I will be doing the SoHo tour next time. |

| Treat the women in your life (wife, girlfriend, mother, daughter, sister, spinster aunt, etc) to this tour and you will be highly regarded. They will forget for the moment that you are just winging it and have no idea what these wacky creatures called women really want from you except they do seem to like chocolate and if you can provide the good stuff then a multitude of sins are forgiven. Be a hero for a change. And you get tasty candy, some harmless exercise, and possibly learn something. |

| I thoroughly enjoyed the Chocolate Tour that I took with my mom over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our tour guide was great - very knowledgeable and very relaxed. We got to enjoy two pieces of wonderful chocolate at each location and some of the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had in my life! I'll definitely be revisiting those chocolate shops on my next trip to the city! :) |

| I thought that $70 per person was much too costly for the tour which was 2 hours in 5 chocolate shops. We really didn't get to see chocolate being made, except for Bloomingdales which I could see any time I visited the store. They also give out free samples to anyone who passes by.
However, my 13 year old grandson really enjoyed it., and if he enjoyed it , that's good enough for me. |

| My girlfriends and I GREATLY enjoyed our tour with Bert. If was very pleasant, easy to talk to, VERY knowledgeable, and made the day a great day. We learned a lot, had great chocolate, and are going to make this a yearly thing!
Would it be possible to looking into something similar that would explore the use of chocolate in cuisine as a savory ingredient?
We will definitely be coming back for the Fri tour (vs Sat), the new cuisiine tour, and the wine and chocolate tour.
Thank you!

| I had purchased tickets as a gift for my wife's birthday, & we planned to go on the tour on Friday, November 2nd. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency & had to cancel. We thought we were just going to lose the tickets, but when my wife called to explain that we had to cancel, she was told that we could reschedule. We were very happy to be able to reschedule for Friday November 9th.
We had a wonderful time. It turned out that we were the only two on the tour.
Bert, our tour guide, was great - he made the tour both interesting, & fun. He was very knowledgable & informative. He has a wonderful personality & is perfectly suited for his position. He even made walking around New York City on a cold & rainy Friday afternoon a great experience. The chocolate shops that we visited were all very nice, & the chocolates were a chocoholic's dream.
We would like to take another tour in the future - posibly the chocolate & wine tour.
Thank you.
