| Our very pleasant and informed guide took us to four SOHO chocolate shops. She explained the process of creating chocolate and what made each shop's offerings special. With her guidance, we tasted new flavor combinations. We purchased gourmet hot chocolate mixes and exotically flavored chips for baking. We were in chocolate heaven by the end of the tour! |

| Our adorable guide was extremely knowledgeable not only about the process of making chocolate, but about the history of the chocolatiers we visited. We gained a lot of information and probably a couple of pounds from the samplings! |

| Our group enjoyed the tour of the Soho chocolate "boutiques." Learning more about chocolate itelf, as well as the "stories" of the various shops we visited was very interesting. Our guide Carmen was knowledgeable and a lot of fun Plus the chocolate was divine! |

| The New Cuisine Chocolate Tour was a great way to spend a Sunday with family in town. Two hours is the perfect amount of time and there was just enough anecdote peppered with education to make the tour interesting and not at all boring. We made some amazing chocolate discoveries in Soho that will serve as invaluble outlets for gifts -- or just plain chocolate cravings. Carmen is fun and knowlegdeable and I think my family enjoyed her nearly as much as the creme brulee chocolate at Klee. |

| I purchased this tour as a present for my Mother's 51st B-Day. I had previously gone on the uptown Luxury tour with my girlfriend, and had very high expectations after having such an enjoyable experience there.
To my delight I found that the same tour guide was doing the downtown tour as well, and not only that, the whole group was just my mother and I!
It's extremely impressive to me that, despite the small crowd, the tour was not canceled and the tour guide was just as bright and friendly as he had been on the uptown tour (except on that tour there was about 15 people, not just 2!)
We had an absolutely fantastic time and really got to discover some of the chocolate treasures surrounding So-Ho. My mother did nothing but rave about what a good time she had afterwards.
As a note to others hoping for a possibly smaller group... Sundays, according to our guide is the slowest day.
As I previously stated, I've attended tours through this company with larger, and now with very intimate groups, no matter what the size is, you can't miss! |

| Thank you for a wonderful chocolate tour. We took the New Asian Chocoloate tour and were surprised at how much we learned. Our tour guide Bert was very informed and open to questions. We were taken to some of the most wonderful chocolate places and found ourselves savoring some of the best chocolate tastes--and found stores we didn't even know existed!
Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a new and fun experience--and a taste of the best chocolate in the Big Apple!

| I had a lot of fun on the chocolate tour and tasted some amazing chocolate. I'm currently living in New York and will be visiting many of the places we toured again. The only downside is that it was very expensive. Given that many of the hot chocolate tastings were only sample-size I feel the tour was a bit overpriced. Not that I needed more hot chocolate - I felt the sizes were fine, just that the prices didn't match. But our tour guide, Burt, was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall, a good time was had. |

| Carmen was a great Tour Guide. She was very knowledgeable and made sure the tour moved at a pace that everyone was comfortable with. Great side benefit - seeing Jacques Torres! |

| For anyone who has the time, I highly suggest taking both this tour and the Luxury Tour so you can see the dichotomy of the types of places that are in NYC and the types of shops that are becoming popular. I loved three of the shops, one I was not too hot on but thats just personal snobbery preference for chocolate. The tour is much shorter than the Luxury tour, but no less interesting or flavorful. The tour guides are knowledgeable and interesting to talk to and not snobby or arogant, which you can get from the other food tours in the city. Highly suggested for anyone who is a tourist or a NYC native, it's a good break from the normal tourist junk. The area in which this tour places you at the finish can be great for spending the rest of your day as well. |
