| We went as a group of book club members for something fun and different to do in the city for the day. We had a great tour with Bert James and he was extremely informative and fun to be with, i highly recommend this tour...yummy and a great walk through SoHo. |

| Bert, our tour guide, was very knowledgable, professional, and polite. He made the tour a lot of fun. We had a small group which was a plus. All of the stops on the tour had excellent chocolate. Well worth the time and money! |

| The guide, Bert, was a delight. We had so much fun on this tour, it's totally worth the money! The chocolates are all delicious, and we went back to Jacques Torres for more hot chocolate the same day! I plan to go on the Luxury tour next! |

| We were a group of friends that planned this as a get together. We enjoyed the tour & all the treats we received along the route as we stopped @ each chocolate shop. Bert was our tour guide & he was very accomodating & knowledgable. |

| The experience of Bert the tour guide was as valuable as the unique chocolates that we sampled. I was impressed that the samples we were given were right out of the main case as opposed to something that was just put aside for the tour. We had a choice as to what we wanted to pick. |

| Very fun group leader - knowledgeable insider NYC fun info - great group! Group instantly fun bce tasting chocolate. Nice to walk around NYC and taste gourmet chocolate as you've never tasted before. Comfortable, fun, interesting experience. Can't wait to take my Mother someday - and son too! Anyone would love. Thank you for a great time - and AMAZING chocolate!! |

| A group of friends and I did the New Cuisine chocolate tour for my roommate's bachelorette party, and we had a fantastic time! Bert, our tour guide, was personable and full of great information about the chocolate shops we visited and the whole chocolate industry. The shops had an interesting variety of pieces, incorporating many flavors not typically found in chocolate. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys chocolate and wants to try something new. |
