| We were a group of friends that planned this as a get together. We enjoyed the tour & all the treats we received along the route as we stopped @ each chocolate shop. Bert was our tour guide & he was very accomodating & knowledgable. |

| We visit New York often, but have never done a food tour. This was a lot of fun and not stuffy at all, even for non-foodies. For some people it might be a lot of walking - be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, you need both.
Bert was great. He knew a lot, made suggestions, let us take our time and still kept us on schedule and had a wonderful approach and attitude about life. He'll give you recommendations about other tours and tidbits about the city, too, if you ask.
Take advantage of a chance to try flavors you'd never normally order and have fun! |

| All the places were very good and unique and the tour guide was very knowledgeable, informative (answered lots of questions), and the area to walk around in was good to move around in after eating chocolate.
The only other thing to add is to inform the public they will be outside for most of the tour. We had a rather cold day to walk around in.
Otherwise a very good tour of chocolate. |

| The other group canneled, so ours was a nice private tour. The guide Bert was nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I just wished that thew last shop would be Kee's so that I can get her chocolate the last as it needs refridgeration. |

| I brought my choco-holic adult Daughter to New York from Wisconsin for her Birthday. We went on the noon traditional tour and the 4 PM SOHO tour. Bert out tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a great contrast to compare the two types of chocolates. The walking pace was appropriate so everyone could keep up. We were informed as to what to expect at each shop. Even though it rained, it was an informative, exciting, fun, and tasty tour. We would go again and recommend you take it if you like chocolate-and who doesn't?!? |

| This is a fabulous tour that should not be missed! Our well informed, personable and wonderfully funny guide, Bert, was the best ever! We stopped at 5 Chocolate shops that each had something different to offer, and he explained each style & flavor in detail to us so we could make informed decisions for our tastings. It was a walking tour that seemed conveniently spread out in Soho so that we got just enough exercise between chocolate binging...I mean tastings. We had such a variety...who knew there was a "green olive" chocolate...and I loved it! We even tasted chocolates that were so beautifully decorated that it seemed a crime to eat them (but we did)...we had others that were filled with liquid Champagne! We will definitely do this again on our next visit...and you should, too! Don't let our ages fool you...we are still young in body & mind. |
