| The tour was really great! However I would have enjoyed learning about more wine and chocolate pairings. There was only one occasion where we had wine and chocolate pairings, and I would have enjoyed a more in-depth lesson on multiple pairings. |

| We all had a great time eating ,drinking and walking. Our tour guide Bert was enthusiatic and knowledgable. The amount and types of wine and chocolate offered throughout the tour was lacking. |

| I highly recommend the wine/chocolate tour. Bert was a wonderful guide and my family had a fabulous time! The wines were great with the delicious chocolates. So fun and we can't wait to try the downtown tour. |

| This was a fun tour.
My sister and I wanted to do something fun and different in NYC and we love chocolate so this was perfect.
The first stop we paired 2 pieces of chocolate with 2 different wines. Great start.
Next we stopped at a shop and had a choice of 4 pieces of chocolate.
We stopped at city bakery and were served a huge chocoate chip cookie and some frozen hot chocolate. yum.
We stopped at another shop and were given a little bag of 4 chocolates. This shop had samples of some of their cakes too.
Last stop we had 2 pairings of chocolate with its matching liquor.
Bert was a genuinely nice tour guide and had lots of information to share.
Be prepared to walk. My sister and I love walking so it was a plus for us considering how much we were eating. We started at 31st street and ended at around 4th.
Some other reviews talked about how there was too much chocolate but if you save the packaged chocolates for later, it's perfect. I also liked how it wasn't all chocolate pieces and the cookie and chocolate drink was a welcome surprise. |

| Bert, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable. He is also very likable and fun. This is the second tour we have taken with him and both have exceeded my expectations. You learn about chocolate and some interesting facts about NYC too. I also really like the shops we visited and will be returning on my own to buy more chocolate as I have done with the shops on the other tour. To make a long review short, I highly recommend this tour!! |

| This is the second tour we have been on and it was great. We had the same tour guide, Burt, and I was hoping beforehand that we would have him again. He is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very personable. You really have a gem of an employee in Burt. We will definitely be taking another tour in the near future. Thanks. |

| My friend and I played hooky from work to do this. Neither one of us can be described as a "chocoholic", but it looked very interesting and different, so what the heck? Bert was an excellent host, very informative and friendly, as well as down to earth and attentive.
Every place we went to was lovely. City Bakery was an okay stop, I understand it was to rest and chill out, but it was a bit icky upstairs. Delish cookie and hot chocolate though.I would have rather spent more time at Ayza...Wow that place is terrific!!
I will say I found the most interesting stop to be Vere. Not only was the chocolate scrumptious, but the ladies there so wonderful and accomdating and knowledgeable.
I have already recommended Vere to several people in my office, and a couple of co workers and I are going to go to Ayza next week.
Really, a terrific tour and a terrific host! |

| A spontaneous day trip to NYC with a friend found us looking online for something different to do. We happened across the ad for Zoom's Chocolate, Wine & Culture Walking Tour. What could be more fun than that?!! We signed up easily by calling Zerve and were told to meet the group in front of Starbucks. We arrived a bit early and there was no sign of a group. We went into the Starbucks and asked if anyone knew where the group met. No one had ever heard of it, so we thought perhaps we'd been scammed (such skeptics). We waited inside a few minutes until I spotted a young man with a messenger bag over his shoulder right there on the corner!! (Yay! Not a scam!) We met Bert, our guide, and the other "tourists", 10 in all, and were on our way. Bert is a delightful, knowledgeable, easy going guide and we had great fun. Three hours of walking, talking, and tasting went by very quickly. We would recommend this tour to anyone (not kids younger than say 16) who would enjoy an insider's view of some yummy and fascinating boutique chocolate stores! |

| Two 60 year olds, one 40 year old and an eight year old. The tour leader was very nice and gave us many chocolate facts. Our grandson tried everything and was given extra chocolate instead of the wine. We visited five places, including a chocoate factory where we ate a number of chocolates and had each one explained. We all had a fun afternoon and didn't need dinner, except for our grandson who ate some pizza and wanted chicken soup after the pizza and chocolate! |

| I loved the tour, we got to taste a lot more chocolate than I anticipated, all you can eat at the first one. It was a good distance and the tour guide, Bert, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very friendly.
The only drawbacks were there wasn't enough tasting samples at the chocolate studio and one of the pastry shops...one piece seemed like kind of a rip off. Also, we didn't drink much wine, only two glasses...so maybe I'd do just the regular chocolate tours. All in all though, I loved it and my mother throughly enjoyed it. It was Mother's Day gift for her. However, when I told her the price she seemed to think it wasn't worth the money...so I don't know. I loved it though, so two enthusiastic thumbs up. |
