Four stops of different chocolates from a manufacturer to a great cup of hot chocolate. The manufacturer was top notch. She spent an incredible amount of time with us answering some pretty good questions. We left with a better understanding of why premium chocolate is soooo good for you.
Highly recommend this tour. |

I found this tour quite by accident on the computer and thought it might be interesting as something to do on Saturday afternoon to fill in some time before our Broadway show. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. Our tour guide was most informative about chocolate, its background, its characteristics and the chocolate stores we visited throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes chocolate. You will be in for a fun and extremely tasty afternoon and you even walk off some of those nasty calories. |

If you love chocolate and you have an adventurous palate, then this is the tour for you. Bert was a fantastic guide and my wife and I picked many chocolate combinations that involved various spices--delightful. These chocolate chefs will make it hard to eat regular chocolates again. I had a dark chocolate buzz by the end of the tour.

Bert was a great tour guide both about chocolate and about New York City. The five shops all had delicious chocolate and we had a wonderful time walking around the Soho area. The walk is not too long if anyone is worried about that but it is very pleasant. Bert gets a 5 star rating and so does the chocolate. |

Thank You Thank You Thank You!!! You became the highlight of my trip! Brad was so fun, sweet and knowledgeable, a PURE ENJOYMENT. From my running late and his being so helpful in making sure I could catchup with the group to the great descriptions of what we were eating (and eating and eating). I know more about chocolate then ever and have now tasted some of the best. I came away so full that the idea of dinner was pushed off till after 10pm. I also was able to buy some of the best gifts that my friends will ever receive so that they too can experience what I did!! Thank you. |

Lots of different types of chocolate to choose from; almost too many choices. The chocolatiers were very diverse which was interesting and the tour guide, Bert, was excellent and friendly. Nice locales as well like Saks, Bloomingdales, Rockefeller Center area and Park Avenue. No negatives to report; nice way to spend the day in the city. |

What a great tour, the chocolate tasting was great and our tour guide was very informative. We did mention that it was our 38th anniversary so maybe an extra piece of the deliciious chocolate (not candy) would have been special. Will recommend it to anyone. The chocolatiers were also very gracious and polite. Thanks |

We have been on two New York Cultures Tours and they have both been fantastic.
Last year we did the Food and Culture Tour with Berry.
This year we did the Wine and Chocolate Culture tour with Burt.
As I have said ,both were great, Burt and Berry are excellent guilds.
We have recommended these tours to our friends who have all a great and informative time on the tours.
When we plan our next visit to nyc a New York Tour with yourselves is a must.
Kind regards. |

The pace for this tour was good, we visited 5 locations with samples at each. As a local I wanted to be introduced to places I did know. The discovery of the Maribel shop was a gem. The tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would recommend this tour. |

REALLY enjoyed our tour guide, who gave us just enough background info and LOVED the wine and chocolate pairings!! I had both chocolates and wines that I probably would not have chosen on my own, but now have learned enough to be dangerous when I go out!!! GREAT time and worth it!!! |

This tour was interesting - not only for locating fine chocolate shops that I would not have found on my own, but for the knowledgable guide. Bert was very friendly, interesting and informative. I was unaware of the number of different things one should know about fine chocolates. I would suggest making sure to eat something or have a starch filled snack with you since the infusion of chocolate sort of makes you "high". I enjoyed this tour and am planning to do another walking tour with Bert when we return to NY in the fall. |

I took my husband on this tour for Father's Day--he is a hopeless chocoholic--and we had a great time. We were lucky to have a very small group on our tour, although I'm sure it would be fun even with a larger crowd. Bert, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable, and funny and led us on a pilgrimage to five outstanding, upscale chocolate shops, explaining the basics and nuances of chocolate history and the art of it's production. I would recommend this tour to locals and visitors alike--my husband has been raving about it to our friends and family. A very successful Father's Day gift! |

We have a whole new perspective on chocolate now. Bert (Burt?) was the guide for myself and my 16-year old daughter. He was knowledgeable, great personality, lots of fun.
Interestingly enough, upon our return to California, the very next day, the LA Times had an article on chocolate shops in France - three of them we had visited on the NY tour.
Be sure and keep Bert working for you, he's a credit to your company. Thanks |
