| I took my teenage daughter and her friends for the chocolate tour downtown and we had a great time, walking through the village and discovering the small chocolate shops that I have passed by but never paid much attention to. Our tour guide was informative and friendly | ||||||

| Our leader, Bert, made the tour most enjoyable; he was very knowledgeable & personable. He also gave us his own personal opinions along with the info for each stop. I bought this tour as a surprise birthday gift for my friend; we are both chocoholics. She had no clue why we were meeting at Saks, but was elated when we met the group to begin our tour. We were able to sample two pieces at each of our five stops. An extra added treat was our second stop at "Le Maison Du Chocolat" where we also sampled some sorbet. We had a nice mixture of people in our group and had many laughs & a good time. I feel that Bert made our tour very special! | ||||||

| It was such a great experience. It was perfect day for an outing for me and my 2 best friends. We absolutely love chocolate so we really enjoyed ourselves. | Our very pleasant and informed guide took us to four SOHO chocolate shops. She explained the process of creating chocolate and what made each shop's offerings special. With her guidance, we tasted new flavor combinations. We purchased gourmet hot chocolate mixes and exotically flavored chips for baking. We were in chocolate heaven by the end of the tour! | ||||||

| When I signed up for this tour, I knew it would be fun, as well as yummy! You can't go wrong with chocolate, but the tour was so much more fun than I expected! I went by myself, and the tour guide and everyone else on the tour was so much fun...I felt like I had taken the tour with friends! I learned a lot about chocolate, and now I know what chocolate shops to go back to when I want some really good chocolate!! :) | ||||||

| Tom and I toured five chocolate shops on the upper EAst side with eight other people from all over the world. Bert our guide kept up an informative commentary while setting a comfortable walking pace. A fun way to see, smell, taste and hear about chocolate! | ||||||

| Carmen was great, very helpful and nice. Be prepared to be indulgent and spoiled! My mom and I loved every minute of it. Be sure you use the bathrooms at Saks before the tour because there are no bathrooms on the tour. La Masion du Chocolat has the best chocolate. Try the caramel and mint ganache, amazing! | ||||||

| Definitely a fun thing to do on a Saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful day which made it very enjoyable. Nice walk around the UES and some good chocolates to go along with it. Made for a fun day and a memorable experience in Manhattan. | ||||||

| My sister was in town visiting for her birthday weekend in NYC and we took the tour with Bert on a Friday afternoon. It was fantastic. As a local New Yorker, I had visited some of the chocolate shops on the tour, but most of them were a new experience for me -- they were all fabulous. Bert was an excellent tour guide -- extremely knowledgable about the art and history of chocolate. My sister and I had a great time (we were a bit spoiled too, because it was just the two of us, and it was like having a private tour guide). My understanding and appreciation of fine chocolate has gone way up. Loved it! | ||||||

| I purchased this tour as a present for my Mother's 51st B-Day. I had previously gone on the uptown Luxury tour with my girlfriend, and had very high expectations after having such an enjoyable experience there. To my delight I found that the same tour guide was doing the downtown tour as well, and not only that, the whole group was just my mother and I! It's extremely impressive to me that, despite the small crowd, the tour was not canceled and the tour guide was just as bright and friendly as he had been on the uptown tour (except on that tour there was about 15 people, not just 2!) We had an absolutely fantastic time and really got to discover some of the chocolate treasures surrounding So-Ho. My mother did nothing but rave about what a good time she had afterwards. As a note to others hoping for a possibly smaller group... Sundays, according to our guide is the slowest day. As I previously stated, I've attended tours through this company with larger, and now with very intimate groups, no matter what the size is, you can't miss! | ||||||

| Bert was a wonderful tour guide. He gave us a lot of information about each chocolate store and told us which chocolates were his favorite. The shops that we visited were very welcoming. There is a lot of walking on the tour but the shops were spaced out so you did not notice the distance. | ||||||
