| Great Fun! Our tour guide Burt, was very pleasant and talkative and eager to share his knowledge about chocolate and the various chocolatietiers. My husband, myself and my niece visiting us from Ohio had a great Sunday afternoon enjoying every bite of the finest chocloate's SoHo has to offer. Would definitely recommend doing this tour. | ||||||

| The chocolate tour was superb, as well as delicious! Bert was very knowledgable about each individual chocolatier, as well as the process of making chocolate into its edible form. I would highly recommend this tour for chocolate lovers! | ||||||

| Being the chocoholic of the family, I didn't hesitate to book the chocolate tour in NYC! My family obliged in joining me. After our first stop at Saks 5th Avenue's chocolate cafe my kids were sold and commented that this is going to be the best tour ever! It's educational, fun and exceptionally sweet! We appreciated the pace of the tour as it allowed us to meet and talk to others. Bert guided us through our choices and we enjoyed his humor and love for chocolate! It was a great way to be introduced to the complexities of chocolate making and we loved trying selections we would never usually make! The tour has changed my children's idea of what great chocolate is and commented that the average chocolate bar just isn't going to cut it anymore! So parents, beware! This tour is going to give you the real thing and nothing compares to the best of the best when it comes to chocolate! Chocolate lovers from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada | ||||||

| This tour was fantastic. Our guide, Bert, was personable, funny, and had a tremendous base of knowledge about chocolate. The tour was kept at a leisurely pace and contained a huge amount of information and wonderful chocolate. We started at Saks Fifth Ave and went to five shops. We received 2 samples at each shop. If you want to do something "different" in New York - this is it!! | ||||||

| Our tour guide, Bert, did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable, and he wanted to be sure we had a fun, informative tour. We enjoyed the variety of familiar and unfamiliar chocolate tastes. We were amazed there were so many high-end gourmet chocolate stores, and each was interesting and unique. We are recommending Bert and the tour to our friends. | ||||||

| I took my teenage daughter and her friends for the chocolate tour downtown and we had a great time, walking through the village and discovering the small chocolate shops that I have passed by but never paid much attention to. Our tour guide was informative and friendly | ||||||

| We took a Sunday tour and had a nice time. As other individuals had cancelled, my wife and I were the only ones on the tour. We appreciated the fact that they did not cancel the tour on us and our guide gave us a private tour. She was excellent and very informative. We enjoyed the tastings. The one negative that we had was a lack of interaction with the staff or owner of the shops we visited. While our guide was great, it would have been nice to get another perspective on their business. The lack of communication with the shops staff resulted in the only drawback of being the only two people on the tour. Out tastings went very fast and tour did not last near as long as the described time on the brouchere. It would have been nice to spread out the chocolate tastings a little bit. We would have enjoyed the chocolate more. | ||||||

| We can't recommend this tour enough! We found the New Cuisine Tour on-line and since we like to take in culinary events whenever we are visiting somewhere interesting we chose your Chocolate Walking Tour. We've been telling all our friends that it was the highlite of our NY experience! Bert, our guide, was great fun: personable and extremely knowledgable. Though it was very hot over the Memorial Day weekend we were able to zip into one of the many chocolate shops to cool down and sample their wonderful specialties. Bert's idea of providing "cold pak bags" was brilliant as it allowed us to buy gifts for all our friends without worrying about them melting during the tour or before getting them back to our hotel. Our teenage guest also loved this tour so Thank You NYChocoTours for a thoroughly enjoyable introduction to the Chocolate Paved Streets of New York! | ||||||

| Our guide was very knowledgable about chocolate -- I had no idea there was so much to learn! Her interaction with the group made it more fun -- she asked questions and got us involved in conversation instead of giving a lecture. My group was small (3) and that was really nice. | ||||||

| Bert was a wonderful tour guide. He gave us a lot of information about each chocolate store and told us which chocolates were his favorite. The shops that we visited were very welcoming. There is a lot of walking on the tour but the shops were spaced out so you did not notice the distance. | ||||||

| My 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed this tour on a COLD, WINDY nor'easter of a day in uptown Manhattan; we were the only two booked for the tour that day, and we had a blast!! Fabulous chocolate, incredibly educational and complete fun! All of the shops we visited (and, of course, sampled the good stuff in) were personable, and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. But the best part was our guide, Bert! He was a wealth of knowledge and we walked, talked and ate chocolate non-stop. He made the tour (which was already terrific) even better!! I would highly recommend this activity; when I next visit New York, you can bet I'll be booking the Soho chocolate tour -- and requesting Bert. Don't miss a great opportunity to eat sweet and learn a lot! | ||||||

| Thank you for a wonderful chocolate tour. We took the New Asian Chocoloate tour and were surprised at how much we learned. Our tour guide Bert was very informed and open to questions. We were taken to some of the most wonderful chocolate places and found ourselves savoring some of the best chocolate tastes--and found stores we didn't even know existed! Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a new and fun experience--and a taste of the best chocolate in the Big Apple! | ||||||
