| This is the second tour we have been on and it was great. We had the same tour guide, Burt, and I was hoping beforehand that we would have him again. He is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very personable. You really have a gem of an employee in Burt. We will definitely be taking another tour in the near future. Thanks. | ||||||

| We drove 4 hours to NY to take this tour - as a surprise for my husband. Our guide was waiting for us at the designated spot and once the entire tour had arrived (15 people) we started out. For a walking tour, the furthest we had to walk from one store to the next was about 7 short blocks, so no one got overly tired. The guide scheduled bathroom stops, and gave us enough time at each location so that we didn't feel rushed. We went to five gourmet chocolate shops where we were able to choose two pieces of chocolate from their entire collection while the guide gave us a little history of the shop and the chocolate making process. There was also plenty of time to buy more chocolates if you wanted (the prices were not outrageous - but they were in line with the fine product). At the end of the tour my husband and I decided to have lunch and our guide was kind enough to point out nearby locations. All in all it was a fun and decadent tour. At first, 10 samples doesn't seem like much, but we were definitely chocolated out by the end and even saved a few for the next day. We look forward to taking more tours with this company and even handed out the brochures the guide gave us to shoppers we met in Bloomingdales who overheard us talking about how much fun we had. | ||||||

| Our tour was quite small, my sister and me, and a mother & daughter duo. We were all entranced by the display in the windows at Jacques Torres, our starting point. We went inside and met Bert, our guide, who was very knowledgable on the subject. Because we were a small group, conversation about the chocolate we were eating was plentiful. Each stop was unique and offered a different take on the art of chocolate. My favorite shop was Kee's. The pace was leisurely and no one had a problem keeping up. I would strongly recommend this tour to others. PS -- We passed a hand pulled candy/sugarcraft store on the route, I think it would be a bonus to your tour if you could add it to the agenda. | ||||||

| I live in brooklyn and when my mom came to visit we wanted to get to the second tier fun new york. I had an excellent time, Bert is a great guide, gives just enough information about chocolate without getting too technical or boring. Loved all the shops we went to and even enjoyed the 'break" with some cheesecake! would most certainly recommend. | ||||||

| This was our second tour and we had just as much fun as our first. What could be better than tasting deliciously different chocolates on a beautiful day while strolling through the NYC? In addition, Bert our guide was not only knowledgeable about the ins and outs of chocolate but also knows his fair share about the neighborhoods we walk through. I would recommend this to anyone who is a little adventurous but mostly just wants to have fun and taste some really good chocolate. | ||||||

| This tour was one my wife wanted to do but I enjoyed it very much too. The tour guide, Bert, was exceptional! His knowledge of the tour and New York in general was excellent. His professionalism and friendly nature made for a very nice 2-1/2 hour tour. I enjoyed the walking and chatting as much as the chocolate tour. My wife LOVED the tour. I guess I never knew a thing about chocolate but Bert educated us! The shops we went to were unique and enjoyable too. | ||||||

| We visit New York about twice a year to take in the shows and we are always looking for interesting things to do during the day. We came across the NYC Luxury Chocolate Tour doing some web surfing of things to do in NY and we thought we'd give it a try. What a treat! Our tour guide, Bert, was knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. We learned about the origins of chocolate, how and why chocolates differ and what makes some chocolates better than others. Bert’s recommendations at each stop were thoughtful and balanced—he often described what he or others both like and don’t like about some flavors, and he encouraged us to try something we may not otherwise try. We enjoyed discussing the chocolates with him and describing why we did and did not like some of the things we tried. Even though it was a very cold day to be walking about, we enjoyed spending our time on the NYC Luxury Chocolate Tour and we would definitely recommend it to locals and tourists alike! | ||||||

| I took my mom on this tour since she is a chocolate lover. We both had a wonderful time and tasted the most delicious and unusual chocolates. Our guide was so informative and personable. It was a lovely tour and I would highly recommend it to not only tourists, but also for locals looking for something different to do in the city. | ||||||

| Our guide was knowledgeable but not snobby. He was friendly and knew everyone who worked at the places we went to. When we walked to each place, he made an effort to talk to everyone on the group to make us feel comfortable. He really made the tour fantastic. He was honest and and wonderful. The chocolate is amazing and it was great to eat something so decadent ALL DAY LONG!!! I will take this tour again! | ||||||

| If you love chocolate and you have an adventurous palate, then this is the tour for you. Bert was a fantastic guide and my wife and I picked many chocolate combinations that involved various spices--delightful. These chocolate chefs will make it hard to eat regular chocolates again. I had a dark chocolate buzz by the end of the tour. Larry and Suzy Carmel, Indiana | ||||||
