| What a great tour, the chocolate tasting was great and our tour guide was very informative. We did mention that it was our 38th anniversary so maybe an extra piece of the deliciious chocolate (not candy) would have been special. Will recommend it to anyone. The chocolatiers were also very gracious and polite. Thanks | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the balance of chocolate and non-chocolate items since you can get worn out from so much sweet deliciousness! Tour was fun, social, great guide, nice places and amazing food. Highly recommend this to anyone who lives in another neighborhood. I'll certainly be back to some of the locations when I visit in the future. | ||||||

| As a resident of neighboring NJ, I enjoy seeking out different things to do in NYC. When I came across the chocolate tour, I knew right away that it was a must for this chocolate lover and I didn't have to do much convincing for two friends to join me. It did not disappoint. Tour guide Burt was knowledgeable about how and where chocolate is made, the history, and the differences among the many chocolatiers. He was genuinely enthusiastic and seemed to be enjoying himself just as much as we were. Despite being regular NYC visitors, we were unaware of some of the places we visited and enjoyed his description of the offerings at each shop so that we could make informed decisions about what to try. The tour company could enrich the experience further with some kind of handout with, say, a history of chocolate, what to look for in chocolate, and maybe even a chocolate-related souvenir. | ||||||

| I went on the NYC New Cuisine Chocolate Tour and it was amazing. I tried all kinds of chocolates that I have never seen or tasted before and it was unique experience. I also proposed to my girlfriend on this tour and the tour guide, Bert was so helpful and helped me set everything up and it was perfect! I highly recommend going on this tour, you won't regret it! I am definitely going back on the Luxuxy tour next time! | ||||||

| My two kids and I (11 & 15) went on the Luxury Chocolate tour lead by Burt. I expected it to be fun, but the tour exceeded those expectations. It was the "Burt Factor"! Burt was a delight, fun and pleasant but beyond that, he really knows chocolate - EVERYTHING about chocolate, and I thought I knew it all. He also was happy to answer so many other questions I had about visiting the city, and we followed his advice with great result. I will tell everyone that this tour is a MUST on their what to do in NYC list! | ||||||

| Recently, on a very, very, hot Sunday afternoon, my husband and I arrived in Manhattan for a cruise departing the following day. We had never been to Soho so decided we would kill two birds with one stone by taking the Chocolate Tour there instead of uptown and seeing the Soho area. We arrived at the appointed meeting area and were met by Bert, our guide who informed us we were the only two taking the tour that day! Being true chocaholics, a little heat wave would never have stopped us! The tour was amazing, especially given the private tour we were getting! Bert is extremely knowledgeable and equally personable and entertaining! Being that we own a candy and confection shop, we never thought we would learn as much as we did. When we return to the city, we will definately take one of the other chocolate tours! | ||||||

| This tour was interesting - not only for locating fine chocolate shops that I would not have found on my own, but for the knowledgable guide. Bert was very friendly, interesting and informative. I was unaware of the number of different things one should know about fine chocolates. I would suggest making sure to eat something or have a starch filled snack with you since the infusion of chocolate sort of makes you "high". I enjoyed this tour and am planning to do another walking tour with Bert when we return to NY in the fall. | ||||||

| Having taken the deluxe chocolate tour in March my wife and I knew we were in for a treat when we signed up for the New Cuisine Chocolate Tour. We knew the chocolate would be great, but most of all we knew with Bert leading the tour, that the whole expereince was going to be informative and fun. We brought our nieces and their mom along for this tour and I'm not sure the nieces were sure they would like it, but after meeting Bert and after that first chocolate shop, they were thrilled. The shops (and the samples) are, of course wonderful, but what makes this especially enjoyable is the way Bert combines just the right amount of information (explained simply and clearly) with all of the great chocolate. He is a truly personable, enthusiastic young man who loves sharing his love of chocolate with everyone. He is the best tour guide we have ever encountered. We get to New York a few times a year and we're looking forward to our next visit so we can hook up with Bert again for the Union Square chocolate tour. These tours are more than worthwhile, they are a real treat and one of the highlights of a visit to New York. Don & Kathleen Burns | ||||||

| I took my husband on this tour for Father's Day--he is a hopeless chocoholic--and we had a great time. We were lucky to have a very small group on our tour, although I'm sure it would be fun even with a larger crowd. Bert, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable, and funny and led us on a pilgrimage to five outstanding, upscale chocolate shops, explaining the basics and nuances of chocolate history and the art of it's production. I would recommend this tour to locals and visitors alike--my husband has been raving about it to our friends and family. A very successful Father's Day gift! | ||||||

| We have a whole new perspective on chocolate now. Bert (Burt?) was the guide for myself and my 16-year old daughter. He was knowledgeable, great personality, lots of fun. Interestingly enough, upon our return to California, the very next day, the LA Times had an article on chocolate shops in France - three of them we had visited on the NY tour. Be sure and keep Bert working for you, he's a credit to your company. Thanks | ||||||

| My husband treated me to a weekend in NY and this luxury chocolate tour. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised! We were joined by two other couples and loved that the group was small. It kept things intimate. Our tour guide, Bert ,was knowledgeable and friendly. He gets an A++ for customer service and his ability to connect with us all and guide us through the city. I was impressed with the history he shared of each place we visited as well as the 'little known' facts and bits of trivia he shared on the chocolate industry. This guy knows his stuff! Bert has a great report with each shoppe we were in and we were treated well by everyone! Best of all... the chocolate. It was divine! I have never tasted such wonderful chocolate. How can I go back to Nestle or Hershey after this? Bert, fine chocolate and NYC have ruined me for life! :) Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I have already recommended you to my friends! | ||||||

| This was such a fun way to spend a day in New York! We enjoyed learning about the wide world of chocolate in such personal way. Our tour guide was very knowlegdeable, personable, and fun. As we walked from store to store he also gave us other great information about the city. We would do a food tour again!!! We highly recommend this tour and we can't wait to do more on our next trip! | ||||||

| The tour was wonderful, even in the rain! Loved the pairing of wine and chocolate. This is the second tour I've been on with this company. Both times we had Bert as our tour guide. He is excellent. He offers wonderful tidbits about the city between stops. Would highly recommend this one & the luxury chocolate tour. Can't wait to do the New Cuisine tour too. | ||||||
