| My girlfriends and I GREATLY enjoyed our tour with Bert. If was very pleasant, easy to talk to, VERY knowledgeable, and made the day a great day. We learned a lot, had great chocolate, and are going to make this a yearly thing! Would it be possible to looking into something similar that would explore the use of chocolate in cuisine as a savory ingredient? We will definitely be coming back for the Fri tour (vs Sat), the new cuisiine tour, and the wine and chocolate tour. Thank you! Dana | ||||||

| My wife and I had a blast. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and chose some very good spots. After 10 pieces of chocolate (2 at each stop), a few additional samples, and two double shot sizes of hot chocolate, we were ready to go into a chocolate comma. If you love chocolate, you'll love this. If you're looking to learn, and not eat, don't waste your time, as the chocolate fun is all about eating chocolates. A bit pricey, but if you can handle spending the money, you're sure to have a good time. | ||||||

| Our guide, Burt, was great. Very informative, fun, good sense of humor, and did a great job with keeping us on time and still allowing everyone a chance to wander around and shop. I highly recommend this tour. | ||||||

| Bert was quite knowledgable and fun to spend the afternoon with. I was part of a group of 6 ladies that had travelled from Ontario, Canada for a week in New York and this was definitely worth putting on our list to do. You get two chocolates in each shop plus hot chocolate samples in a couple of the shops. They were all delicious. If you are wanting to try the iced hot chocolate you have to do the tour before October, so instead I bought some to bring home and make myself. I would recommend this tour to everyone it was fun and informative. | ||||||

| We had a fantastic time on the chocolate tour. Bert is a great tour guide. He is gracious and very knowledgeable. He made sure everyone knew what was happening next. The chocolate shops were welcoming and happy to see us. What a great way to spend an afternoon in the city! | ||||||

| What a fabulous and tasty tour! I have already recommended it to many people, not only for the tastings but also for the information given to us by a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. And in planning my future days in NYC, I'll be sure to make a stop at any one of the wonderful chocolate shops we visited! | ||||||

| My husband and I just took this tour as part of a 10th wedding anniversary weekend in NYC. It was so much fun. Burt, the tour guide, could not have been nicer or more accomodating, the chocolate shops were welcoming, and the chocolates were divine!! At one stop, the chocolates were chosen for us; we were able to choose our own pieces to taste at the other four. A very fun way to spend an afternoon, and a must do for any chocolate lover (and who isn't?). | ||||||

| I am a chocolate addict and was so excited to learn about the Chocolate tour! While planning a day in the city for my mom's birthday, I decided out first stop had to be the tour. The chocolate that we sampled was absolutley delicious. It's a great opportunity to be adventurous or stick with what you know you will like. I'm usually not adventurous when selecting chocolate, however Burt, our tour guide, selected a truffle sprinkled with curry for us to taste. Although I was skeptical, I thoroughly enjoyed the taste. The walking isn't extensive, but by the time you arrive at your next destination you are ready for the next bite. There were 4 women in our group and all were 100% satisfied!!! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys chocolate!!! And here's a tip - if you plan the tour on a Sunday, you can still make a 3pm matinee. | ||||||

| My husband and I loved the tour. It was so easy, prompt, informative, tasty and just easy going. Bert, the guide, was very sweet and he was a professional. His personality was truly enjoyable, and he was fun to listen to. We are definitely signing up for another tour soon. This is a great activity to do at anytime. Who knew that these chocolate stores even existed? Kee's..oh my..so delicious. I never knew that place existed, Jackie at Divalicious was downright cool and her dark chocolate fountain was excellent, along with the chili chocolate truffle (amazing!). It was all fantastic! Go for it! | ||||||

| LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the chocolate tour. We learned so much about chocolate. Who knew?!?!? It was fun, educational, and best of all delicious. Getting to test all the delcious chocolates was so much fun. It's so hard to eat the stuff off the shelves now because this chocolate was so good. Our guide, Bert, was friendly, extremely knowlegdable, and made the afternoon delightful. We had a great group celebrating birthdays, anniversarys, and even an new engagement. It was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this tour and if/when we make it back we plan on going again. :-) | ||||||

| I'm a native NYer for over 30 years and decided to take this tour to do something different. I have to say I was really pleased with the tour. We went to a lot of places I've never heard before and got the background story on the shops and the owners. We also got to try chocolate at each place! Only downside was it was a little pricey, but you did get close personal attention and free chocolate so that was a plus! Definitely check this out if you have time and you love chocolate! This is not a tour of Godiva! This is the real deal! | ||||||

| Our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable, he made time for each guest and was very conscientious of the warm day and was accommodating to requests for breaks - and stops at the ATM! This tour was a great way to experience chocolate in a way we wouldn't have otherwise, and to take a walking tour with an experienced guide was a real treat - just like having a friend in New York. Be sure to book the tour early in your schedule so you have time to go back and visit the places that were your favourites, not to mention all the high end stores you pass along the way. Highly recommended for any chocolate lover no matter how familiar you are with New York. | ||||||
