| We absolutely loved this tour and Burt our guide! He was so sweet and personable and we had great conversation with him as we traveled from shop to shop. The chocolate was delicious and it was so exciting to see and sample all the different styles and flavors. It was definitely worth the money and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone! | ||||||

| If you love chocolate and you have an adventurous palate, then this is the tour for you. Bert was a fantastic guide and my wife and I picked many chocolate combinations that involved various spices--delightful. These chocolate chefs will make it hard to eat regular chocolates again. | My wife and I enjoyed our tour! We were impressed with the choice of chocolates! The tour guide did a fabulous job making it an educational yet entertaining experience. I would definately recommend it! | ||||||

| We had the great Bert as our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about chocolate and the chocolatiers that we visited. It was refreshing that he provided his opinion but stressed that everyone has their own likes and dislikes and we should try whatever tastes good to us. I highly recommend this tour and will be bringing another group of friends back to do it again! | ||||||

| bert is charming, knowledgeable and attentive. i loved it that we were given the chocolate background before the tasting started because after a while chocolate took over my brain. it was fun and delicious. | ||||||

| The tour was really great! However I would have enjoyed learning about more wine and chocolate pairings. There was only one occasion where we had wine and chocolate pairings, and I would have enjoyed a more in-depth lesson on multiple pairings. | ||||||

| I brought my choco-holic adult Daughter to New York from Wisconsin for her Birthday. We went on the noon traditional tour and the 4 PM SOHO tour. Bert out tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a great contrast to compare the two types of chocolates. The walking pace was appropriate so everyone could keep up. We were informed as to what to expect at each shop. Even though it rained, it was an informative, exciting, fun, and tasty tour. We would go again and recommend you take it if you like chocolate-and who doesn't?!? | ||||||

| I found this tour quite by accident on the computer and thought it might be interesting as something to do on Saturday afternoon to fill in some time before our Broadway show. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. Our tour guide was most informative about chocolate, its background, its characteristics and the chocolate stores we visited throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes chocolate. You will be in for a fun and extremely tasty afternoon and you even walk off some of those nasty calories. | ||||||

| I brought my chocolate-loving fiance on this tour for his birthday. Being Belgian, he has extremely high standards, but he absolutely loved it!!! Our guide, Bert, was AWESOME, extremely knowledgable, and so much fun - and we were lucky enough to get a "private" tour since the others cancelled (on what turned out to be an extremely frigid day). We will definitely be interested in taking some of his other tours. Even though we are locals, we still had a great time hearing all of his stories and taking his flavor recommendations. Plus, I'm not a big fan of chocolate myself, but even I enjoyed all of the great tastings & learning everything about chocolate and the people who make it. | We had fun on the tour. If you sign up be sure to get Bert as your guide. He was really nice and very knowledgable. He made you feel comfortable and kept the group together and moving on schedule, a real pro. You don't get much wine but after the first sip of the liquid chocolate you will forget all about the lack of wine. The others on the tour were very friendly, I guess chocolate lovers are all kind people. | ||||||

| Our guide was knowledgeable but not snobby. He was friendly and knew everyone who worked at the places we went to. When we walked to each place, he made an effort to talk to everyone on the group to make us feel comfortable. He really made the tour fantastic. He was honest and and wonderful. The chocolate is amazing and it was great to eat something so decadent ALL DAY LONG!!! I will take this tour again! | ||||||

| I took my mom on this tour since she is a chocolate lover. We both had a wonderful time and tasted the most delicious and unusual chocolates. Our guide was so informative and personable. It was a lovely tour and I would highly recommend it to not only tourists, but also for locals looking for something different to do in the city. | ||||||

| I can recommend this tour to everyone who loves chocolate and is interested in learning more about chocolate, its history and development. In addition esp. tourists get to know really nice und handsome places of high quality chocolate, which is so much more than just a candy. | ||||||

| Simply put, if you're interested enough to be looking at reviews, there's no question you should take this tour. The entire experience was phenomenal. I never knew such unbelievable chocolate could exist. Of course, you should come hungry- you eat a lot of it. But the tour was way more than just a lot of delicious chocolate; it was an experience. The tour teaches you a lot in a dynamic, interesting, fun way. We learned about the chocolate-making process, the history of boutique chocolate, trends in chocolate, and about the culture of New York City in the process. The tour guide was wonderful- he engaged everyone with a natural charm and grace, making sure everyone was having a good time. Needless to say, I'll be recommending it to quite a few people back home. | ||||||
