| So many tours are available, this one is so unique we just HAD to try it. The guide is fabulous, inserting tidbits of New York information along the way. It was well worth the time and money. The stores visited were wonderful and the chocolate was divine. (My husband doesn't like chocolate, and he LOVED the tour!) Thanks for the wonderful experience, one of my New York highlights. | ||||||

| For anyone who has the time, I highly suggest taking both this tour and the Luxury Tour so you can see the dichotomy of the types of places that are in NYC and the types of shops that are becoming popular. I loved three of the shops, one I was not too hot on but thats just personal snobbery preference for chocolate. The tour is much shorter than the Luxury tour, but no less interesting or flavorful. The tour guides are knowledgeable and interesting to talk to and not snobby or arogant, which you can get from the other food tours in the city. Highly suggested for anyone who is a tourist or a NYC native, it's a good break from the normal tourist junk. The area in which this tour places you at the finish can be great for spending the rest of your day as well. | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed spending an afternoon strolling NY, tasting delicous gourmet chocolate and drinking in the sites. Our tour guide Burt, was knowledgable, easygoing and worked hard to see that everyone had a fun and relaxing afternoon. What could be wrong with the greatest city in the world combined with the greatest chocolate in the world!! | ||||||

| We had such a good time! Our guide Burt was pleasant and extremely knowledable about the nuances of chocolate. The tour covered different aspects of chocolate making and its history; the sampling was educational ...and delicious. I would recommend this tour and Burt to anyone visiting New York. | What a great tour! The weather was awesome for late Feb and our tour guide, Burt, was super friendly while he shared some truly interesting facts about chocolate. The only place that was less worth it than the others was D&G where the chocolate was just okay, but I guess it's all about the experience of trying chocolate that costs more per piece than the cab ride back to my hotel! Loved, loved, loved RichArt and the other stops were also amazing. I bought way more chocolate than I ever thought I would. Just a great overall experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for something special and different to do in NYC. Beautiful job, Burt!!! Thanks for so much fun!! | ||||||

| My daughter, who lives in New York, bought us, my husband & I, tickets for the tour, for my birthday. We had a wonderful time! We learned alot. I have always LOVED chocolate, but this tour was very interesting. Bert, the tour guide, was awesome! He knows so much about this tour, & about New York! He was wonderful! We told our daughter to take this with a group of friends.............they would love it! We have told everyone about it, & since she lives there, she is going to tell her friends & the people she works with! Tell Bert, for us, thanks again, for a great time! | We had a small group, only my husband and I and another single woman, plus our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional but approachable. Obviously knows and enjoys his subject. The shops were tiny, unique and gorgeous. The chocolates were exquisite little marriages of passion, art and chemistry and we enjoyed sampling the more exotic combinations. There's a whole world of chocolate out there that most of us don't even know about. We especially enjoyed the cups of hot chocolate on our damp, cold day. The walk was easy and leisurely. Can't wait to explore the neighborhood and go back to the shops on our own and recommmended friends to this tour already. We plan to try the Luxury Chocolate tour maybe in the spring or fall ! | ||||||

| I love chocolate, especially dark chocolate, so this tour was great for me! You get two pieces at every shop, so go with a friend and share, that way you can try four kinds at each shop. Bert was great! I will be recommending this tour to my friends for sure! | ||||||

| I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE I TAKE THE TOUR. AFTER THE TOUR WAS FINISHED I WAS REALLY AMAZED WHITH IT. I ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF IT, NO MATTER THE COLD NOR THE WALKING. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST ENJOYABLE MOMENTS OF MY WEEKEND TRIP TO NEW YORK. I RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO LIKE ME LOVES CHOCOLATE. | ||||||

| I recently booked the walking chocolate tour as a valentines day gift for my girlfriend. When I first explained to her what we would be doing, she seemed interested, but not overly enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived at the first chocolate stop on the tour, her mood defiantly changed and couldn't stop raving afterwards about how much fun it was. The tour guide in-particular made the experience. He had told us this was his first tour for this company but he performed like an Ace. Giving relevant information, insider tips, and never crossing the line of being excessively informative or annoying. When we went to a chocolate shop that wasn't as willing to speak to the group on their products (and that only happened at one stop by the way, all the other shops were amazingly welcoming) he picked up the slack without missing a beat and gave our group a quick history and recommendations of the chocolate shop. I have family from out of state and I will DEFIANTLY be taking this tour again with them when they come to visit. I can't say enough. Absolutely worth every penny. | ||||||
