My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Burt, who was knowledgable, patient, and friendly. The structure of the tour was perfect, with just enough chocolate, and well-timed walking and water breaks. |

This tour was a nice small group so you didn't get lost in the crowd. It went to some choc shops i never new existed and they let you try a sample at each store. Very friendly guide. An interesting take on a NY to do list. |

My 2 friends and I had a blast on the luxury chocolate tour, and it was mostly due to our awesome guide, Bert. He was super friendly and personable, very knowledgeable and easy-going. We went to 5 chocolate shops and each one was excellent. We received 2 samples of chocolate at each - well worth the price of the tour. If you have a larger group (we had 10), allow 2.5 to 3 hours for the tour. It was a unique and delicious new way to discover NYC. Good times! |

I am an avid chocoholic and loved this tour. It took me to some usual locations in New York City and I experienced some very tasty treats. The tour guide was great. He made it a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable about the chocolate and New York City. This tour does involve some walking if you are not used to that. |

For two chocoholics, we were in chocolate heaven. Curt our tour guide was waiting for us inside the first store. We lucked out and had a private tour, since the other group had cancelled. That was good news for us, but not for Curt. I'm sure our tip didn't help him much, hopefully he got some of the $70 from our tickets. The price was nearly twice that of the Foods of NY tour we took the next day. For the money, this one was not worth it. Although we really enjoyed it, it was pricey. We went to 5 high end chocolate shops. Curt knew everything about making chocolates and knew each shop owner. He gave personal recommendations, but we were able to select two chocolates from each shop. We also got hot chocolate in one shop and sipping chocolate in another, as well as a cupcake. We weren't able to eat it all and started wrapping it to go near the end. It was a great tour, but if you only have time for one - I recommend the Food of NY tours - either Greenwich Village or Chelsea Meatpacking District. |

I took my step mom as a gift. She is a real chocoholic. We LOVED the tour. Bert was great. Sometimes tour guides can be cheesy, but Bert was not at all. He was pleasant, informative, fun, and laid back. We had a GREAT time. The chocolate was great. A real fun way to see the city. We ended the day with dinner at Max Brenner. Yum! |

I got tickets to this as both a valentine's day gift for my chocoholic husband as well as a birthday gift for my sister-in-law. We all went together and had a great time. Discovered some wonderful new places and just really enjoyed spending the day out together in this manner.
Aside from the fact that all the chocolate along the way was absolutely divine, the tour itself is a very original and fun way to spend an afternoon in mid-town. |

I didn't think five small chocolate shops in New York would have so much history to offer and such delicious chocolates! I'm glad I set my expectations low because it was a nice surprise, but even if they had been high, I would've been equally impressed!! I highly recommend this tour to anyone of any age!
The tour guide was very enthusiastic and provided interesting information that I will actually hold on to! The tour group was very friendly and a good crowd to be around. The eleven block walk seemed to take only a few minutes because there was constant conversation and great information.
In addition, the chocolate was outstanding! Certain shops allowed us to pick our own chocolate - based on recommendations of course - and the suggestions were great. I feel like the value from this tour was unbelievable and I would definitely go again. |

The tour was so much fun! I wasn't sure what it was going to be like as a single person joining the group, but I had a great time. Our tour guide Bert was awesome, not only knowledgeable but super friendly. I felt no pressure to buy from the stores we visited and I didn't feel rushed going through the tour either. The actual places we visited were very nice and welcoming, and Bert was very helpful in helping us choose which chocolates to taste and just answering our questions. I'll definitely look into checking out the other tours! |

Great tour, very informative, learned a lot about the history of chocolate, where it is grown, how it evolved. Especially loved the tastings and pairing the chocolate with wine as well as the variety of types of chocolate and other pastries.
We have recommended this tour to several of our friends who would like to take the same tour when next they are in New York. |
