| It was my first trip to New York filled with lots of other activities, but I must say that this was probably one of the highlights. Our tour guide was great and the shops that we got to visit felt like a part of New York that I would never have been able to experience in the same way on my own. | ||||||

| This tour was fantastic. Our guide, Bert, was personable, funny, and had a tremendous base of knowledge about chocolate. The tour was kept at a leisurely pace and contained a huge amount of information and wonderful chocolate. We started at Saks Fifth Ave and went to five shops. We received 2 samples at each shop. If you want to do something "different" in New York - this is it!! | ||||||

| As native New Yorkers, our tour guide Bert helped us discover some wonderful places that we never knew existed. We were particularly impressed with his knowledge and input, but most of all with his warm and pleasant personality. We enjoyed the fact that the size of the group was small, so that everyone was able to get to know one another and bond. And the chocolates were absolutely ethereal!!!! Thanks so much for everything, and we would love to repeat this experience some time again in the future. | ||||||

| Guide was great with expertise in history and art of fine chocolate making. Group was perfect size at 8. Chocolate was very good. Wear good walking shoes. | ||||||

| The tour provided more than samples of heavenly chocolate. It included interesting information about the diversity and creativity of the chocolatiers, much of which I would not have known existed. Imagine a luscious tomato/basil chocolate! The enthusiasm and knowledge of our guide was an added bonus and I believed inspired a diverse group to have a great time together and ensure we will never look at chocolate quite the same way again.I can't think of anyone who is really into chocolate who wouldn't love this tour. | ||||||

| Being the chocoholic of the family, I didn't hesitate to book the chocolate tour in NYC! My family obliged in joining me. After our first stop at Saks 5th Avenue's chocolate cafe my kids were sold and commented that this is going to be the best tour ever! It's educational, fun and exceptionally sweet! We appreciated the pace of the tour as it allowed us to meet and talk to others. Bert guided us through our choices and we enjoyed his humor and love for chocolate! It was a great way to be introduced to the complexities of chocolate making and we loved trying selections we would never usually make! The tour has changed my children's idea of what great chocolate is and commented that the average chocolate bar just isn't going to cut it anymore! So parents, beware! This tour is going to give you the real thing and nothing compares to the best of the best when it comes to chocolate! Chocolate lovers from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada | ||||||

| The chocolate tour was superb, as well as delicious! Bert was very knowledgable about each individual chocolatier, as well as the process of making chocolate into its edible form. I would highly recommend this tour for chocolate lovers! | ||||||

| I changed my mind about La Maison du Chocolat. I had gone there at least 20 years ago and was disppointed because there was no milk chocolate. But Saturday I found out they do, indeed, have milk chocolate, so I'll be going there (especially since Saks, my favorite department store, stopped carrying Neuhaus). La Maison was the highlight for me; Pierre Marcolini came in second. Richart came in last for me. I was disappointed we didn't visit Martine's (much better than some of our visits). | ||||||

| Bret was informative about chocolate. It was a relaxing stroll through SOHO stopping in to various chocolatiers to taste their drinks and candy. WOW! It doesnt get much better than that. We learned about some of the owners, how chocolate is made and more about NYC too. The other people on the tour were locals so it was equally fun to meet them and learn about living in the city. I recommend this tour and the tour guide. There was so much chocolate i had to save a piece to eat later! | ||||||

| This was a wonderful experience. A casual , but exciting trip to the world of gourmet chocolate. We learned many wonderful things about chocolate making. Our palates were treated to an extraordinary range of tastes. We could not have hand picked a better guide than Bert. | ||||||

| Great Fun! Our tour guide Burt, was very pleasant and talkative and eager to share his knowledge about chocolate and the various chocolatietiers. My husband, myself and my niece visiting us from Ohio had a great Sunday afternoon enjoying every bite of the finest chocloate's SoHo has to offer. Would definitely recommend doing this tour. | ||||||

| I'm a native NYer for over 30 years and decided to take this tour to do something different. I have to say I was really pleased with the tour. We went to a lot of places I've never heard before and got the background story on the shops and the owners. We also got to try chocolate at each place! Only downside was it was a little pricey, but you did get close personal attention and free chocolate so that was a plus! Definitely check this out if you have time and you love chocolate! This is not a tour of Godiva! This is the real deal! | ||||||

| We enjoyed our chocolate tour immensely! Our guide (Carmen)was charming, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about chocolate and New York! It was not only a great way to see SOHO, but also a great view into the independent spirit that makes this little neighborhood unique and exciting. Definitely recommend this tour!! | ||||||

| Burt is very personable and knowledgeable about all things chocolate. He also handles a small group of people well and makes sure that questions are answered. He conveys his expertise with enthusiasm! I tried all sorts of infused chocolates that were exquisite and have become a true dark chocolate fanatic. We plan to take the Soho chocolate tour next time we're in NYC. | ||||||
