| My husband and I absolutely loved the tour. The distance between the chocolate stores was decent and the tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgable. We were sent to the incorrect starting point on our ticket, however, we were able to contact the tour guide on her cell phone and she pointed us in the right direction. It was helpful that her phone number was on the ticket, or else we would have probably missed out on the tour. Overall we had a good time and are planning to go on the other chocolate tour offered in the near future. | ||||||

| Went with 5 girlfriends to the uptown chocolate luxury tour. Had lots of fun. Tour guide was great and knowledgable. The stores we were taken to were beautiful. The chocolates were delicious. We were able to pick out 2 pieces at each stop. That is plenty! The chocolates were very rich!! If you go in the summer bring a little bag with with with an ice pack in it to store your leftovers or to put any purchases in. A couple of the stops sold the freezer bags as well. | ||||||

| Bert was our guide and he was awesome. He knew his chocolate and he made us all feel very comfortable. He kept us at a nice pace, so no one got left behind. We also got to pick our own stuff and that is why I liked this tour better then another food tour I did. I know I should not have gone on a chocolate tour, but to be honest I do not crave chocolate at all, this was more something to do while in NYC. But now I know what good chocolate is and if i ever have a craving I will order the better stuff. | ||||||

| It was a lot of fun and me and my wife learned a lot. but we thought it was not worth the $70.00 if you did like at least 3 more stops. which would be 8 stops it will be worth the $70.00 I say for $50.00 is a better price. | ||||||

| Through the years we have been to NY many times, taking advantage of several different types of tours available. A chocolate tour sounded very different and interesting so we decided to give it a try. We were very warmly greeted by our tour guide who was not only gracious but very knowledgeable about chocolate. He took the time to describe the way chocolate is created and how this differs in individual regions of the world depending on where the beans are produced. He also provided us with information on the unique ways that each chocolatier developed and created his own style for his creations. Each chocolate shop offered each participant the ability to taste two pieces of chocolate and were very accommodating to having us in their shop. I would highly recommend this tour to chocolate lovers everywhere. | ||||||

| I read about the chocolate tour in the AM New York newspaper and decided to try it out as something different and fun to do for my husband's 30th birthday. The tour exceeded my expectations and both my husband, a true chocoholic, and myself had a wonderful time. Bert, our tour guide, was friendly and informative and the ability to choose the chocolates we wanted to taste at the various shops was awesome. I've lived on the upper east side for 7 years and had never been in any of the selected shops before this tour. I have certainly been missing out. The chocolate was of the finest quality and so delicious that I don't know how I can go back to the supermarket brands! All in all the day was great. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves chocolate. It's definitely worth it. | ||||||

| LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the chocolate tour. We learned so much about chocolate. Who knew?!?!? It was fun, educational, and best of all delicious. Getting to test all the delcious chocolates was so much fun. It's so hard to eat the stuff off the shelves now because this chocolate was so good. Our guide, Bert, was friendly, extremely knowlegdable, and made the afternoon delightful. We had a great group celebrating birthdays, anniversarys, and even an new engagement. It was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this tour and if/when we make it back we plan on going again. :-) | ||||||

| Our guide was very knowledgable about chocolate and the establishments we visited. His enthusiasm enhanced the experience! And his other helpful information (location of bathroom facilities, etc) was appreciated as well. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the tour immensely. And the fact Burt was willing and able to pace the walking to meet the needs of the group was great. I walk very fast, but not everyone does, and he kept us at a pace all could manage and enjoy. | ||||||

| Decided to take the tour after reading the great reviews and glad we did. We throughly enjoyed it. Learned about the making of chocolate and of course got to taste some of the best Chocolate around. Would love to make the trip on the East Side soon. | ||||||

| We had a great time. Bert (our guide) was very social and knowledgeable about the different shops. He was even able to keep the attention of my 12 year old daughter and her two friends. The only thing I would do differently is the last stop. It was a long walk at the end of the tour and frankly, the shopkeeper didn't seem friendly and the chocolate, in my opinion, was not worth the walk. | ||||||

| This was so much fun! Who knew there were so many chocolate shops within the same area? And our guide, Bert, was absolutely delightful- funny, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject which made the tour so much more. Thank you very much! | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the tour. We got to sample two pieces of chocolate-usually our choice-from the five different chocolate shops,so you didn't get a chocolate over dose. The shops were all very different from one another, like one was English, and another was French. Different combinations too. One place had a tomato and basil based chocolate, which was interesting. Good pace, each place gave a little talk of its founder, and we learnt a bit about what to look for in a good quality chocolate. | ||||||

| Loved this tour more tradtional chocolates and was able to see the history. Bert our tour guide was wonderful. Enjoyed it so much that I booked the Soho NEw Cuisine chocolate tour the next day. Two very different types of flavor not to mention style. if you are serious about chocolate you should take this tour. Tina Martinez | ||||||

| Our tour guide's name was Bert. He was very easy going, very familiar with his subject ( chocolate). Our group were all adults which was very nice. All in all a very nice NY moment. I would definitely recommend to others ( I already have). | ||||||
