The service was not what I thought it should have been!On a dinner. Cruise of it's kind,they did not offer at the min.a glass of water with dinner,was not completely happy with our cruise. |

We had a fabulous time! The Naples Princess was a gorgeous ship! The views were awesome, and the food was really great! We did the sunset dinner cruise, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service! I would recommend this trip to anyone! A great way to see a different side of Naples! |

We enjoyed our dinner and cruise. Food was good. There were 4 of us, and we just relaxed in the dining room -- we were pleased to have seats next to the window, and happened to be on the right side of the boat to see the sunset. |

We as a family with 2 teenage daughters celebrated Father's Day on this Dinner Cruise. We all thought very highly of this experience and would love to recommend to others as a very enjoyable evening, perfect for any special celebration or couple's night out as well. Elegance & superb service were expected and delivered! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner as well as the atmosphere, a true highlight of our vacation to Naples! |

Everything was perfect but the choice of food was terrible fish had no flavor and pork was bloody and the potetoes were rubbery |

Nice Cruise through the waterway. Seen a lot of beautiful Homes. Went out of the waterway into the Gulf to see the sunset and also seen a beautful rainbow. I wish the cruise would have gone out farther into the Gulf and even increased the speed. |

Was my 10th wedding anniversary. We were married on a Sun Dream Yacht (chartered in Ft. Lauderdale), so it only made sense to celebrate our anniversary on a boat. You guys made our night very pleasurable.
What made your product and service so special to me was the great service and the condition of your boat. Have you ever been on a boat or a location where the service was excellent but the facilites seemed to look somewhat rundown? All of your amenities seem very well maintained or new. We will be back. In fact, thinking about booking my father's retirement party on your boat. Keep up the good work.
