We went on the sunset cruise during a recent vacation and had a great time. It was raining and cloudy all day, but the sun came out just in time for the cruise. The staff was awesome and made it a great time! |

I have no choice but to rate this as neutral as I had an interesting experience on the afternoon Sunset cruise on June 15th. We were out for about an hour and as we approached the Gulf of Mexico we turned around as it was explained the waters were too rough (not announced in advance and somewhat disappointing). As we headed back in the bay, we encountered sever storms and passed between two waterspouts, some of us narrowly escaping flying debris. We headed back to port immediately where the cruise naturally ended early and we were offered free drinks (after having paid the bill and no refund was offered). The crew was calm and kept us safe for which I am grateful but we were not offered any refunds or future cruises. Understanding that this was not a controllable situation by any means, some sort of gesture of customer service for what was for many a scary experience would have been welcome. I would come back again only to complete what I hadn't seen the first time. |

We took the cruise on a Wednesday afternoon in June when the temperature was in the 90's. There were only 15 others on the boat so we had a lot of room to move about and take pictures without difficulty. It was fun seeing the beautiful homes and we also saw several dolphins during the cruise. We would do this or an evening cruise if we are in the area again. |

The Naples Princess Cruise was wonderful. The boat is very clean and the crew were so friendly. We live locally. It is a favorite thing to do when we have guests in town. We recommend it for everyone to see Naples from the water in a beautiful setting. |

The cruise was really relaxed and fun. The boat was comfortable and the crew were friendly. We saw a lot of Naples you can't see from land and the sunset in the gulf was beautiful. |

We have lived here (Naples) for a year but had never taken this cruise prior. It's a nice outing and watching the sun set from the water was especially lovely. |

My wife and I took 2 out of town lady friends on this cruise on a hot clear day. It was a hit!
The parking lot is only a few steps from the entrance to the boat, so the cruise is accessible even to those who can't or aren't willing to walk far. You don't have to worry about the heat or sun because there are 3 different locations on the boat to choose depending on what you want and the weather. There are air conditioned salons with nice chairs and tables. Or just outside the second floor salon, there is an open but covered verandah deck with tables and chairs. If you want the full effect of the sun and wind and view, then the top of the boat is open and there are tables and chairs there. There is a full bar and the waitstaff will bring you anything you want to drink.
The cruise lasts about an hour and a half and you leisurely pass by the open backyards of beautiful houses in Port Royal and Aqualane Shores. Dolphins jumped behind the boat and we saw a lot of pelicans, although this is not a nature cruise. In our view ,it was a bargain of an afternoon for less than $40 per person. |

The sunset cruise was a great way to end a weeks vacation celebrating out first year wedding anniversary. The weather was perfect for an evening cruise and to watch the sunset over the gulf. There were not too many people on the boat which made it very comfortable. I would highly recommend this cruise, as it was so calm and peaceful to sail. The staff were also friendly which was a plus. Great photo opportunities against the sunset back drop and a great way to see dolphins and other wildlife (we even saw a bald eagle!) I would definately do it again! |
