First, it wasn't clear that we had the choice of $30 for the cruise of $37 for the cruise with lunch so when we got on the boat they mentioned lunch would be ready soon but didn't specify that we had to pay an additional $10. Once in line for food a guy came up to us and tried to take the plate right out of my hands saying it was $10. We did get the money to pay but it wasn't a positive experience. Additionally, this cruise should be advertised as a tour of Port Royal homes of the affluent, not a sight seeing tour. Had we gone out into the ocean some, and up or down the coast a bit ok but it was mostly about the homes. |

All the positive feedbacks about the cruise are accurate: beautiful houses, nice and stable ride, clear and detailed narration, reasonable length (1.5 hours), friendly crew, etc. I read that sometimes the cruise doesn't go to the Gulf but we did. The most extraordinary part is the sight of DOLPHINS!! Remember to watch them from the end of the boat--they love to follow very closely and jump out of the water to entertain people!! That's the best part!! |

We are residents of NAPLES FL .Our first time on the sunset cruise. From our check in a boarding we felt very welcomed. The crew was very professional and friendly.The wonders of the sunset and waters were breathtaking.
The man made sites of exquisite homes were something to see. Without a doubt when friends and family visit , we will share this experience with them.
Well worth the price. |

Very comfortable ship with many seating options both inside and out. Good speaker system on all floors and the narration was detailed and interesting. Although I can understand not narrating during the close proximity to homes while in the Port Royal canals, I would have liked to learn more about the Port Royal home owners, houses, etc. Crew was very friendly and helpful, the boat was smooth and I very much appreciate leaving and returning at the designated times. I would enjoy another type of cruise in the future - sunset, dinner, lunch, etc. Thank you. |

My wife and I are new to Naples and the Princess cruise was recommended to us as a neat way to see more of Naples and to enjoy getting out in the sun and the fresh air. We had a wonderful time and got some nice pictures. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphin leap ouf of the water right in front of us! We plan to bring company and to enjoy it again and again.
