Great opportunity to see Naples Bay and homes

We have taken Naples Cruises in the past and enjoyed them more. The colour commentary on this particular tour we found lacking. In past, we enjoyed hearing detail about the homes, the stars, and the various other sights we were seeing. There was very little of this fun and interesting information on this tour. On the upside, the cruise boat was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly.

Again, It was simply a good look at Naples at its best

3 of us went on cruise; one stayed at the table while the other 2 went to buffet. When third went to buffet, the only thing left was american cheese, oatmeal cookies and potato chips. Note: the margarita was excellent. The descriptions of the large estates would have been more enjoyable if some names were mentioned (who owned what).

Have been on two other similar cruises: Sanibel Island, FL., and Sturgeon Bay, WI. This was billed as a 'sightseeing and/or dinner' cruise. In my opinion, should be called a 'Buffet Dinner ' Cruise. The upcharge for the dinner was $25 each - we decided to skip the dinner and go with the sightseeing. Went to a local restaurant for dinner. Not that $25 was too many dollars for dinner, but too many dollars for standing in line up to 30 minutes for a food service style buffet dinner. (Note: food and beverages are not allowed to be brought aboard.) The 2 hour cruise was in two segments: Tour of homes and vacant lots on the Naple canals, and entry into the Gulf for a picterescque sunset - very nice. Seeing several dolphins was a plus. The Princess offers several on line discount codes. Final cost for sightseeing for 2 was was ~ $57 incl. taxes/fees. Our cruise partners were primarily seniors who seemed very pleased with the cruise and the buffet. The captain in his cruise narration seems to be pre-occupied with real estate values, and the celebrities who own these properties. Kind of a Rich and Famous cruise theme. Played with the seniors, but got a little old after a while. All said, probably a fair value with the discount. Note: The captain will only go into the Gulf when weather permits.

We enjoyed the cruise through Naples Bay and out into the Gulf. The boat was clean, the weather was perfect, and the scenery was fantastic!

We stayed on the upper deck except when had lunch. Lunch was good but had to wait for the food. Enjoyed the trip. It seemed like the time flew buy. We would do it again.

Drinks expensive copared to captiva cruises. Not much to see apart from homes of the rich and famous, little or no comments on wild life

Anyone staying in Naples would enjoy the trip and seeing the wonderful mansions from the water.

I thought we would see dolphins, it should really be called a house tour. The most annoying thing was your crew was busy setting up tables, droppping them twice, making lots of distracting noise, I asked them to be quite once. They were too busy to wait on us because you had booked a charter with the Westin Hotel after us and they were totaly preocuppied with preparing the ship for your next tour. My suggestion would be take care of your existing customers, I will never use your tour again or recommend it to others after this experience.

Enjoyed the boat ride and the spectacular homes.

Interesting documentarty, smooth ride, great crew and fantastic sunset view.

It was a pleasant experience on a nice day. The embarkation point was not very customer welcoming.

We found everything to be superior on this cruise. The boat was beautifull, far superior than anything we saw on the water. The crew and staff were friendly and helpful and catain's narrative was informing with a nice dash of humor.
