Naples Princess

The cruise was very informative about Naples,the lunch buffet was very good,and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Unfortuantely,a windy day,so we did not go out on the deck. I would recommend it for a fun few hours....

Food was good and plentiful, ride was smooth and relaxing. Ship was clean and very nicely decorated.

I truly recommend that if you have the opportunity to do this cruise, YOU SHOULD!!! You would never be able to see the amazing homes or I should say "manisons" in the detail that the cruise allows. The narration on the cruise was very helpful and informational unlike other cruises I have been on, where the narration was "annoying"..... The cruise and the crew were amazing!!

we were looked after very well by the staff. The scenery was beautiful. Would have appreciated a little more commentary. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins.

IT WAS THE BEST ANNIVERSARY WE EVER HAD! WE CELEBRATED OUR 47TH.... IN STYLE.... GREAT SUNSET NIGHT..GREAT SHIP.... VIEWS FROM EVERY WARE ... DELICIOUS FOOD.... YOUR STAFF TREATED US ROYAL!!!!!!!! WE HAVE BEEN TELLING ALL THAT WILL LISTEN. A TOP SHELF CRUISE!!!!!! Judith Hallman

FOR THE PRICE OF 65.00 PER PERSON, I REALLY FEEL THE DINNER MENU SHOULD CONSIST OF ALOT MORE CHOICES. ALSO, I HAD CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS AHEAD OF TIME, INQUIRING WHETHER WE CAN GET A PLAIN FISH FOR SOMEONE WHO IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS. I WAS TOLD THE ONLY FISH THEY EVER DO IS PECAN-CRUSTED TILAPIA, I DON'T THINK THIS IS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I WAS OFFERED A VEGETARIAN PLATE AS AN ALTERNATIVE. THAT TOTALLY MISSES THE POINT. THE OTHER ISSUE I HAD WAS THE DESSERT TABLE. WHEN THEY RAN OUT OF ITEMS, THEY NEVER REFILLED THEM. THEY ONLY PUT ABOUT 10 OF EACH OF THE MORE POPULAR ITEMS, SO IF YOU WERE NOT ONE OF THE FIRST PEOPLE IN LINE, YOU WERE STUCK WITH SPICE CAKE OR KEY LIME PIE. ALSO, PEOPLE WERE USING THE SAME SPATULAS AND SERVING UTENSILS FOR ALL THE DESSERTS, AND FOR SOMEONE WITH A NUT ALLERGY, THIS COULD BE DEADLY. THEY HAVE A STAFF MEMBER STANDING THERE HANDING OUT SALAD AND ROLLS, WHY NOT DO THE SAME WITH THE DESSERT-OR AT LEAST PLATE THEM SO PEOPLE ARE NOT USING THE SAME UTENSILS AND DIPPING INTO ALL THE DESSERTS. I FEEL THAT THE CRUISE LENGTH OF 2 HOURS IS TOO SHORT, FOR THE MONEY PAID.

We joined the crew for a Saturday lunch buffet and it was excellent; the food was all very fresh and tasty and the service was outstanding. We saw many large Tarpon feeding and several Bottle Nosed Dolphin playing, including a Mother and Baby. We encourage anyone interested to give it a try, even if you are local like I have been for the past 25 years. James

Very comfortable ship with many seating options both inside and out. Good speaker system on all floors and the narration was detailed and interesting. Although I can understand not narrating during the close proximity to homes while in the Port Royal canals, I would have liked to learn more about the Port Royal home owners, houses, etc. Crew was very friendly and helpful, the boat was smooth and I very much appreciate leaving and returning at the designated times. I would enjoy another type of cruise in the future - sunset, dinner, lunch, etc. Thank you.

you spend most of the time getting to the gulf, so you have ample time to see the expensive homes on the channel. Once in the gulf the trip is short and you turn back to spend time in the channel. the trip is worthwhile and we had fun looking at the homes.

The three of us enjoyed our time aboard the Naples Princess. The food was good, staff extremely courteous and friendly, and the accommodations excellent. We would highly recommend the lunch trip to others.

Our group of four agreed we loved the Naples Princess lunch and tour boat ride. It was a great way to spend the afternoon sightseeing without driving around in our car. The lunch was very good with seafood salad and other goodies. It surpassed our expectations, facilities were clean, the staff courteous and helpful, and no problem with parking. I have to add that the beautiful weather helped a lot.

This is our first cruise on the Naples Princess & we thoroughly enjoyed it! I've been on other cruises but the accommodations weren't as comfortable. Highly recommend this cruise even though it's a bit pricey.

Have taken sunset crueies before but this one was the nicest. the weather was cool and the grandchildred were up on the upper deck and took lots of pictures, we sat down by the fireplace and enjoyed a glass of wine. Very nice. Would recamend this to anyone.
