Drinks and snacks on ship were exremely expensive $4 for a soda for my son that was mostly ice. $2.25 for a tiny bag of chips. They don't allow you to bring anything to snack on onto the ship. Captain gave interesting information. |

We went on the lunch cruise not realizing it would be a very slow turn around in the river. The lunch buffet didn't stand out at all, in fact, my mother asked me what was served and I could barely remember.
It reminded me of a real estate tour given in various places around Florida to try to sell retired people property. The guide lacked pizzazz and enthusiasm for both his boat and his subject matter.
There was just no "flavor".
Kind of dead and forgettable. Hard to recommend it to our friends and relatives when we already forgot it. When asked about our vacation my husband went on and on about our relaxing day at the beach, the laughing and fun at all the "stuff" at Tin City, Naples downtown on Fat Tuesday, the wonderful restaurants, our spirited game of miniature golf, but has never once mentioned the boat. |

The staff was really nice, helpful and professional. The cruise started on time, the food was very good and the views were awsome! We had a wonderful time and we already recomended this cruise to our family who is visiting Naples in a few months. Thanks for an experience that exceeded our expectations. |

Arrived before boarding time & got a small table at back end of top level. Heard everything the captain told us over the PA, unless we were talking at the same time, of course. Had a great view until some folks stood between us & the rail, so we moved around a bit & stood up, when necessary.
Nice views of some amazing properties, but had better views of the dolphins and an amazing sunset!
Staff & service were excellent. Everybody was friendly & courteous. Would take this tour again & recommend it to friends & family. |

We called by in the afternoon to check on our reservations for the evening dinner cruise as we were in the area. the lady was not very friendly. The cusie was mixed - those who were having dinner and some who were not. Please let the dinner guests know to go upstairs first if they wish. The curise itself was really good - great sunset! Dinner was good but not special. |

We enjoyed the cruise but felt that the waiter was a bit pushy trying to sell drinks. I would rather have paid more for the buffet w/drink (not alcohol) included than be constantly pestered about buying a drink. |
