could not hear speakers on the trip telling what we were seeing. crew seemed very interested in customers and were very friendly.

You are paying for the experience, not the food. Best part of meal was the roll and desert. Crew was great.

We had a fabulous time! The Naples Princess was a gorgeous ship! The views were awesome, and the food was really great! We did the sunset dinner cruise, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service! I would recommend this trip to anyone! A great way to see a different side of Naples!

A friend of mine and I surprised our boyfriends with this sunset cruise and we were utterly surprised at the size of the boat, the cleanliness and the food that was served. All of the personnel were great and friendly as well. It was a GREAT experience and I would certainly tell anyone to do this if they had the opportunity. The only thing that I felt was a little pricey was the drinks themselves, since that was not included, but the rest of it was incredible. So thank you!

Highly recommend this trip. Each deck has its own benefits. My friend and I loved sitting outside on the middle deck and enjoyed the sunset plus the dolphins. I do wish that the captain would have told more about the houses and area as we sailed out to the gulf. The boat was beautiful and the service was awesome. I will go on the Naples Princess again.

We really enjoyed the cruise. The Naples Princess was very clean. The hors d'oevuers were plentiflul and delicious. The bar matron was extremely friendly and provided us with wonderful beverages. The beautiful sunset is really something to behold. We were also able to enjoy several dolphins who provided us with a great show. We would strongly recommend this cruise!

We really thougth iced tea or coffee should not require an extra charge....$2 certainly was cheap enough. It would have been nice to have had a litlle better wine.

My wife and mine first trip to Naples beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and wished we had more time I would like to go fishing and this cruise gave me some great places to do this The staff was very friendly and offered great insight and information on the area.The HORS D oeuvres were understated on the website they were among the best and most plentiful we have ever had

We had fun sight seeing. The crew were very pleasant and helpful. We will do it again.

Some background music would have helped alot. Please include tea in the hot beverage without charging since the coffee is FREE. There could have been a variety of desert, there was no choice. Have the waiters take the straw in the wrapper instead of touching it with their fingers. We were asked what the occasion was and it was our 21st Anniversary but nothing special was done. A FREE drink or a glass of wine would have been good. I would only do this cruise again if some of this is implemented. Thank you/

The cruise was extremely nice. You will feel like royalty, especially compared to the other tour boats you will see out there. Extremely nice crew and waitstaff. Get there early to get the seat you want.

My husband and I were visiting my parents in Naples and they recommended the tour. We found it very informative and the service was great. Unfortunately, we never did see the sunset...mother nature interfered. We loved seeing the beautiful homes and did catch a couple of dolphins along the way.

My wife and I took the sunset dinner cruise in April 2012 and it was well worth it. Get there at least 30-45 minutes early to have a drink and walk around the boat. Our assigned table was in the front of the boat but there are plenty of areas for viewing the gorgeous homes, dolphins and the sunset. The food is buffet style and was very excellent! Drinks are a bit high priced but that is to be expected. The boat is very nice and the crew also exceptional. The captain's narration of the trip added a nice touch as well. If you are having a special bday or anniversary, be sure and note it in your comments when purchasing tickets. The captain will announce your occasion during the trip. My wife and I were very happy with everything!
