There should be more narrative of points of interest. Meal was good..need some music when we eating. should have a photographer for individual and group pictures that you can sell... |

The boat was nice but the speaker system was lousy and there was not any narrative to speak of. Views were good. |

We enjoyed ourselves very much on this cruise. We had the hors d'oeurves which were good and enough for a meal (although some vegetables would have been welcome - crudites or something!) Three drawbacks: first, not getting out into the gulf much, since the boat slip is so far inland; second, having the onboard lights on once the sun is down; it'd be nice to be able to see outside the windows better on the trip back; and third, the fact that smoking is allowed. It rather ruins things for those of us who would have enjoyed sitting outside. Instead, we were stuck inside in A/C with the lights on to avoid the smoke. But, overall, it was quite enjoyable, even with the squealing children nearby. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and kind. And, although we couldn't care less about the big waterfront properties we passed, the person on the intercom describing the sights was entertaining. We would do this again. |

I brought my 6 and 9-year old on the lunch cruise. It was fun and relaxing. Oscar was the best bartender. Only giving this 4 stars because it was a little long for my kids. |

Whatever it is you've come to do or see in Naples, don't you dare miss treating yourself to the AFTERNOON NAPLES PRINCESS CRUISE!
Here's what you can expect to experience: A spotlessly clean sailing vessel with three commodious deck levels to choose from; scenic, eye-popping beauty all around you; a never-ending slew of drop-dead gorgeous, multimillion dollar mansions, that'll have you drooling all over yourself with envy; dolphins playfully tagging along on either side of the ship; a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico; the super-opulent community of Port Royal (keep scratching those lottery tickets!); a friendly, gracious, upbeat crew to serve you, whose attentive (but unintrusive) presence never once betrayed the fact they'd done this a thousand times; an excellent, informative narration that's easy to hear no matter where you are on the boat. (And for only ten dollars more, you can avail yourself of an adequate buffet provided on board.)
Any tourist who comes to Naples for the first time, and foolishly neglects to treat himself to at least one of the sightseeing tours aboard the NAPLES PRINCESS, should be stiffly fined for having inflicted upon himself such unpardonable deprivation.

My friends and family that went with my husband and me on the sunset cruise couldn't thank me enough for getting the trip together. The boat trip, the service, the food, the scenery and the crew were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making that part of our vacation the best! |

We had a great time on our Naples Princess cruise. Bought the tickets online but we couldn't print them out. We were concerned we might have trouble without a printed receipt, but no problem at all. |

The boat tour is wonderful, and Oscar (resident bartender) makes the whole experience so much fun! It's great to see the million dollar mansions on the water (although during November, the majority of them were empty); we even saw Martha Stewart's and Mary Kay's residences! Buffet lunch is alright -- nothing special -- but the drinks make up for it! Would certainly recommend this for people looking for a 1 1/2 hour tour with some spice! |

This was just the right combination of a nautical backdrop, sunset, and novelty to help make for effortless conversation, and for what turned out to be a very nice 1st date.
Honestly, I was a bit nervous and this was enough of a cool distraction, what with all the porpoise swimming by and the Gulf behind the palm trees that only breezy Florida can offer, to help break the ice and create a fun and wonderful time for me and a very nice gentleman.....we met in Naples, as this was the halfway point between our home cities.
Your cruise turned out to be such a good idea, and I'm so glad I found you.
Mil gracias Naples Princess!! Que chevere!! |

Beautiful Sunset Dinner Cruise

We enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise. Seeing the spectacular Port Royal homes from the water side was amazing. The dinner was good. BUT, I was disappointed that we were not out in the Gulf for sunset. If I had to do it all over again I would take the afternoon cruise to see the homes and see sunset from the beach. |

We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Accommodations were classy inside and out - lunch was adequate. Fun looking at gorgeous homes from the water. Also interesting to learn about the history of Naples. The staff was professional. They want you to have the best experience possible! |
