50 Minute Gondola Tour

Great experience. Well done.

I was on a weekend trip with my wife and another couple. We grabbed some frozen drinks from the French Quarter and took the train up to the park. This was a great way to take in some sights without having to walk for miles in the July heat. Our gondolier, Liam, was incredibly friendly and easy going. I definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys relaxing on a boat with a nice cool drink. The sculpture garden was very cool too!

We walk in the park at least three times a week, and our gondola ride gave us an entirely new perspective...Our infant son (properly lifejacketed!) watched in wonder as we glided so smoothly by his usual haunts. Robert is a great pilot and sensitive host. Prepare for all the smiles of the passersby. Very highly recommended!

Robert was awesome, the gondola was authentic and gorgeous. Proposed to my girlfriend on this ride. Robert gave me some great ideas and we executed flawlessly together at the right moment, under the moon light with the romantic Italian music in the background. It was perfect and the rest of the tour was just beautiful, even in the darkness with just the moon to highlight the features of the park. Strongly recommend. Great and relaxing experience.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our serene and tranquil gondola trip. From the minute we stepped onto the Bella Mae, we were transported to another world. We liked this gondola ride better than the rides in Venice! Roberto was a wonderful guide and the music was great. We can't wait to go back next month, and for ANY special occasion this will be our "go to" event.

The gondola ride in City Park was excellent in all regards. I'd been in the park many times, but seeing it from the water was surprisingly different and very interesting. Our gondolier, Robert, was superb. The right amount of chit chat and very good with details about what we were seeing and the boat. He was a gracious host.

The gondola ride was part of a surprise weekend as my Christmas gift to my wife. The experience was OUTSTANDING! The boat is an authentic gondola in beautiful condition. The gondolier, Roberto, and the mandolin player, Eddie, were entertaining, informative, and very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. My bride (of 44 years) thought it was an unimaginable experience -- one of the best gifts ever! I highly recommend the ride and the mandolin. We followed it with dinner at Stella.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a romantic end to a date night or just something nice to do in the park.

Drifting along at night, gliding across the water. What could be better? Seeing parts of City Park that we have never seen, my wife and I celebrated 41 years of marriage. She asked, "Who would have thought we would be doing this 41 years ago tonight?" It was so quiet, so smooth and the park was beautiful. This is something we will always remember. Recommended for all.

My wife and I spent our 10th anniversary in New Orleans last weekend. After an awesome dinner, we took an incredibly romantic gondola ride at sunset. Robert was an exceptional guide, very personable, and humorous. The crackers, cheese, ice bucket, and champagne flutes were a wonderful bonus! We will definitely do this again. If you are visiting New Orleans for any romantic outing...this IS A MUST!
